FIELD: food-production industry. SUBSTANCE: biologically-active additive to food-stuffs additionally contains alkaloids and phellavines. Relative proportions of soluble food fibres, food acids, carotin, alkaloids and phellavines are as follows: (82.5-31): (0.1-9.3): (0.01-1.5): (0.0004-0.8): (0.0001-0.69). Biologically-active additive can be used in production of soft drinks, light-alcoholic drinks, sauces, semi-finished products for bakery items, marmalade, etc. Due to aforesaid composition, biologically-active additive possesses vitaminizing, antidepressive, tonic, antioxidant, antiinflammable, immunocorrecting, and general health-strengthening characteristics. It enhances physical and mental abilities and brings favorable influence on gastrointertestinal tract due to optimal selection of components because of synergy action of components.
