Abstract

Использование: изобретение относится к способу получения активного человеческого лизоцима посредством культивирования трансформированных дрожжей. Сущность изобретения: способ получения человеческого лизоцима предусматривает конструирование рекомбинантной плазмидной ДНК, содержащей гибридный промотор АДН 2 - G AP, сигнальную последовательность куриного лизоцима или α -фактора дрожжей, синтетический ген и АДН 2 или GAP терминатор, трансформацию полученной ДНК штамма Saccharomuces cerevisial GRF 180, индукцию трансформантов путем дерепрессии промотора, выделение и очистку целового продукта из культуральной жидкости трансформантов. 10 ил., 7 табл.
