Claims (3)

1. A method of strengthening the interintestinal anastomosis, during the formation of which the component (head) in the form of a “mushroom” of a circular stapler is immersed in the proximal stump of the colon and purse-string sutures are applied; after introducing the circular stapler into the rectum, the stylet is passed in the area of the lateral ⅔ stapler line of the rectal stump; it is connected to the component part in the form of a “mushroom” and anastomosis is performed by stitching the intestinal wall; a cone-shaped section of the intestine with a stapler line created from the lateral edge of the intestine requires strengthening. 2. A method characterized in that at a certain distance a first reinforcing seromuscular suture is applied in the area of the protruding area of the anastomosis with absorbable suture material with a stabbing needle, thread length 30 cm; the puncture is performed on the front surface distal (below) 3-4 mm to the suture line at the base of the “ear” (Fig. 1), the puncture is performed on the posterior surface distal to the anastomosis line at a distance of 7-8 mm (Fig. 2); Using the same thread, the second injection of the needle is made on the posterior surface proximal (above) the anastomosis line 7-8 mm from the circular staple suture (Fig. 3), the puncture is made along the anterior surface of the proximal part of the anastomosis 3-4 mm from the circular staple suture (Fig. 4), the threads are tightened and fixed with surgical knots after preliminary immersion. 3. A second reinforcing suture is placed along the anterior surface medial to the first, at a distance of 5 mm, connecting the oral and aboral ends of the intestine (Fig. 5).
