Claims (17)
1. Прозрачная древесина, содержащая древесный субстрат и по меньшей мере один полимер, где указанная прозрачная древесина имеет оптический коэффициент пропускания по меньшей мере 60% при длине волны в электромагнитном спектре длин волн от 400 до 1000 нм, и где древесный субстрат содержит более 15% лигнина, измеренного как лигнин Класона.
2. Прозрачная древесина по п. 1, дополнительно характеризующаяся мутностью по меньшей мере 60% при длине волны в электромагнитном спектре длин волн от 400 до 1000 нм.
3. Прозрачная древесина по п. 1 или 2, оптический коэффициент пропускания которой составляет по меньшей мере 70%.
4. Прозрачная древесина по любому из пп. 1-3, имеющая толщину по меньшей мере 0,3 мм.
5. Прозрачная древесина по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой полимер имеет показатель преломления от 1,3 до 1,7.
6. Способ получения прозрачной древесины, включающий стадии:
- получения по меньшей мере одного куска древесного субстрата;
- добавления отбеливающей жидкости для того, чтобы инактивировать хромофоры в древесном субстрате, с получением таким образом отбеленного древесного субстрата, содержащего по меньшей мере 15% лигнина;
- пропитки отбеленного древесного субстрата, полученного на стадии (b), раствором, содержащим пре-полимеры или мономеры, или их комбинацию,
- полимеризации пропитывающих пре-полимеров или мономеров, или их комбинации, с получением прозрачной древесины, содержащей древесный субстрат и по меньшей мере один полимер.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором пероксидные системы, используемые на стадии (b), содержат пероксид водорода.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 6, 7, дополнительно включающий стадию удаления ионов металлов из куска древесины на стадии (a), например путем добавления DTPA, перед добавлением отбеливающей жидкости на стадии (b).
9. Способ по любому из пп. 6-8, в котором отбеливание древесины на стадии (b) проводят до тех пор, пока древесный субстрат не приобретет яркость по меньшей мере 70%.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 6-9, в котором отбеливающая жидкость на стадии (b) дополнительно содержит стабилизаторы и хелатообразующие реагенты.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 6-10, дополнительно включающий стадию обмена с растворителем после получения отбеленной древесины на стадии (b).
12. Способ по любому из пп. 6-11, в котором полимер, полученный на стадии (d), имеет показатель преломления от 1,3 до 1,7.
13. Прозрачная древесина, полученная способом по любому из пп. 6-12, в которой древесный субстрат содержит более 15% лигнина, измеренного как лигнин Класона.
