Claims (14)
1. Устройство для получения микропены, причем устройство содержит канал, имеющий впускное отверстие и выпускное отверстие, источник пенообразующей жидкости и сжатого газа, выполненный с возможностью подачи во впускное отверстие, причем канал состоит из пространственно колеблющегося канала для потока, обеспечивающего колеблющееся направление потока, причем пространственно колеблющийся канал для потока колеблется относительно направления массового потока, при этом пространственно колеблющийся канал для потока образует последовательность плоских поперечных сечений, перпендикулярных направлению потока, с подпоследовательностью плоских поперечных сечений, перпендикулярных направлению массового потока в рассматриваемой плоскости, причем подпоследовательность содержит по меньшей мере одну плоскость, которая не перекрывает по меньшей мере одну другую плоскость в этой подпоследовательности.
2. Способ получения микропены, причем в способе используют устройство, содержащее канал, имеющий впускное отверстие и выпускное отверстие, причем способ включает подачу газа и пенообразующей жидкости во впускное отверстие канала под давлением, причем канал состоит из пространственно колеблющегося канала для потока, обеспечивающего колеблющееся направление потока, причем пространственно колеблющийся канал для потока колеблется относительно направления массового потока, при этом пространственно колеблющийся канал для потока образует последовательность плоских поперечных сечений, перпендикулярных направлению потока, содержащую подпоследовательность плоских поперечных сечений, перпендикулярных направлению массового потока в рассматриваемой плоскости, причем подпоследовательность содержит по меньшей мере одну плоскость, которая не перекрывает по меньшей мере одну другую плоскость в этой подпоследовательности.
3. Способ или устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающиеся тем, что подпоследовательность содержит по меньшей мере одну плоскость, которая не перекрывает ни одну из двух плоскостей в подпоследовательности рядом с ней.
4. Способ или устройство по п. 3, отличающиеся тем, что по меньшей мере десять плоскостей в последовательности не перекрывают ни одну из двух плоскостей в подпоследовательности рядом с ними.
5. Способ или устройство по п. 4, отличающиеся тем, что по существу все плоскости в последовательности не перекрывают ни одну из двух плоскостей в подпоследовательности рядом с ними.
6. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что средняя площадь поперечного сечения пространственно колеблющегося канала для потока составляет от 0,5 до 5 мм2.
7. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что пространственно колеблющийся канал для потока представляет собой единый канал без разветвлений и повторных схождений каналов.
8. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что среднее расстояние между плоскостями в подпоследовательности составляет от 0,5 до 20 мм.
9. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что пенообразующая жидкость представляет собой молочный продукт или синтетический эквивалент.
10. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что газ содержит воздух, азот, углеводород, диоксид углерода, закись азота или их смеси.
11. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что микропена имеет средний диаметр пузырьков менее 100 микрон.
12. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что пространственно колеблющийся канал для потока изготовлен из пластмассы.
13. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что пространственно колеблющийся канал для потока изготовлен на 3D-принтере.
14. Способ или устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающиеся тем, что устройство содержит емкость под давлением, содержащую открываемое и закрываемое выпускное отверстие, причем емкость содержит пенообразующую жидкость и газ под давлением, устройство выполнено с возможностью подачи пенообразующей жидкости и газа во впускное отверстие пространственно колеблющегося канала, выпускное отверстие которого присоединено к открываемому и закрываемому выпускному отверстию устройства так, что, когда открываемое и закрываемое выпускное отверстие открыто, разница между давлением внутри емкости и давлением в выпускном отверстии является достаточной для принудительного перемещения пенообразующей жидкости и газа во впускное отверстие, тем самым образуя микропену, которая выходит из выпускного отверстия и, в свою очередь, из открываемого и закрываемого выпускного отверстия устройства.
