Description

各発泡体は、主にラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである英国において入手可能な食器用洗剤である希釈Fairy(登録商標)液体(1パーツFairy(登録商標)液体:10パーツ水)により25°Cにおいて試験された。コンプレッサ圧力は5バールに設定された。いずれの場合も、最終マイクロ発泡体内に含まれる空気相体積は>95%であった。マイクロ発泡体が生成された試験条件及び例が表1に記録される。

Claims (14)
- マイクロ発泡体を生成するための装置であって、前記装置は、入口及び出口を有する流路と、前記入口に流れ込むように配置された発泡性液体及び加圧ガスの源と、を含み、
前記流路は振動流れ方向を提供するために空間的振動流路から構成され、
前記空間的振動流路はバルク流れ方向を中心として振動し、
前記空間的振動流路は、前記流れ方向に垂直な一系列の平面断面であって当該面内の前記バルク流れ方向に垂直な副系列の平面断面を含む平面断面を提供し、
前記副系列は、前記副系列内の少なくとも1つの他の面と重畳しない少なくとも1つの面を含む、装置。 - マイクロ発泡体を生成する方法であって、前記方法は、入口及び出口を有する流路を含む装置を採用し、
前記方法は、ガス及び発泡性液体を加圧下で前記流路の前記入口内へ供給する工程を含み、
前記流路は振動流れ方向を提供するために空間的振動流路から構成され、
前記空間的振動流路はバルク流れ方向を中心として振動し、
前記空間的振動流路は、前記流れ方向に垂直な一系列の平面断面であって当該面内の前記バルク流れ方向に垂直な副系列の平面断面を含む平面断面を提供し、
前記副系列は、前記副系列内の少なくとも1つの他の面と重畳しない少なくとも1つの面を含む、方法。 - 前記副系列は、それに隣接する前記副系列内の前記2つの面のいずれとも重畳しない少なくとも1つの面を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記副系列内の少なくとも10個の面は、それらに隣接する前記副系列内前記2つの面のいずれとも重畳しない、請求項3に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記副系列内の前記面のほぼすべては、それらに隣接する前記副系列内の前記2つの面のいずれとも重畳しない、請求項4に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記空間的振動流路の平均断面積は0.5〜5mm2である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
- 空間的振動流路は流路のいかなる分岐及び再合体も無い単一流路である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記副系列内の面同士間の平均距離は0.5〜20mmである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記発泡性液体は乳製品又は合成等価物である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記ガスは空気、窒素、炭化水素、二酸化炭素、一酸化二窒素又はそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記マイクロ発泡体は100マイクロメートル未満の平均気泡直径を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記空間的振動流路はプラスチックで作られる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記空間的振動流路は3Dプリンタで作られる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
- 前記装置は開閉可能出口を含む加圧容器を含み、
前記容器は加圧下の前記発泡性液体及びガスを含み、
前記装置は、その前記出口が前記装置の前記開閉可能出口へ結合された前記空間的振動流路の前記入口へ前記発泡性液体及びガスを配送するように配置され、
前記開閉可能出口が開かれると、前記容器内部の圧力と前記出口における圧力との圧力差が前記発泡性液体及びガスを前記入口に駆動するのに十分となり、これによりマイクロ発泡体を生成し、前記マイクロ発泡体は前記出口及び次には前記装置の前記開閉可能出口から出るようになる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
