Claims (45)
1. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка, содержащая холст нетканого материала, при этом указанная набивка содержит:
- 75-97,5% масс. смеси волокон; и
- 2,5-25% масс. смолы, содержащей сшитый сополимер бутилакрилата и метилметакрилата,
при этом смола имеется на первой поверхности набивки и на второй поверхности набивки, вторая поверхность параллельна первой поверхности, и смола прилипает к волокнам из смеси волокон, посредством чего формируется склеенная структура, так что посредством смолы подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка имеет структурную целостность, которая обеспечивает удобообрабатываемость набивки в виде листа.
2. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, при этом набивка имеет вид листа.
3. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, в которой смесь волокон содержит натуральные волокна.
4. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, в которой смесь волокон содержит синтетические волокна.
5. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.4, в которой синтетические волокна содержат полиэфирные волокна.
6. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.4, в которой синтетические волокна содержат силиконизированные волокна.
7. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.6, в которой смесь волокон содержит:
- 25-90% масс. силиконизированных синтетических волокон.
8. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, в которой смесь волокон содержит:
- 35-80% масс. волокон микроденье; и
- 20-65% масс. волокон макроденье.
9. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.8, в которой смесь волокон содержит:
- 50-75% масс. волокон микроденье; и
- 25-50% масс. волокон макроденье.
10. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.8, в которой волокна микроденье содержат силиконизированные волокна.
11. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.8, в которой волокна макроденье содержат силиконизированные волокна.
12. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.11, в которой волокна макроденье дополнительно содержат несиликонизированные волокна.
13. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, в которой смесь волокон содержат более 95% масс. полиэфирных волокон.
14. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, при этом подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка не содержит синтетических связующих волокон.
15. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, при этом подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка не содержит расплавленных волокон.
16. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, в которой более 95% волокон в смеси волокон представляют собой штапельные волокна.
17. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.16, в которой штапельные волокна имеют длину штапельных волокон, составляющую 12 мм - 70 мм.
18. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, дополнительно содержащая сетчатый слой, находящийся в контакте с, по меньшей мере, одной из первой поверхности и второй поверхности.
19. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, при этом указанная набивка содержит множество слоев из холстов нетканого материала.
20. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.19, в которой множество слоев из холста нетканого материала поперек друг на друга.
21. Подвергнутая воздушной сушке набивка по п.1, имеющая плотность 1-8 кг/м3.
22. Изделие, содержащее набивку, подвергнутую воздушной сушке, по любому из пп.1-21.
23. Изделие по п.22, при этом указанное изделие выбрано из группы, состоящей из предмета верхней одежды, одежды, спального мешка и постельных принадлежностей.
24. Способ изготовления набивки, подвергнутой воздушной сушке, по любому из пп.1-21, при этом указанный способ включает:
- формирование холста нетканого материала из смеси волокон и, опционально, наложение друг на друга двух или более слоев из холстов, посредством чего создается промежуточная структура изоляционной набивки, имеющая первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, параллельную первой поверхности;
- нанесение на первую поверхность и вторую поверхность промежуточной структуры изоляционной набивки раствора смолы, содержащего:
15-60% об. смолы, содержащей сшитый сополимер бутилакрилата и метилметакрилата;
20-80% об. быстросохнущего растворителя, который растворим в воде; и
0-70% об. воды,
посредством чего формируется структура набивки с нанесенным раствором; и

25. Способ по п.24, в котором быстросохнущий растворитель представляет собой изопропиловый спирт.
26. Способ по п.24, в котором указанное формирование холста нетканого материала из смеси волокон выполняют, используя кардочесальную машину или процесс пневмоукладки.
27. Способ по п.24, в котором указанное нанесение включает распыление раствора смолы на первую поверхность и вторую поверхность промежуточной структуры изоляционной набивки.
28. Способ по п.24, при этом способ не включает нагрев холста нетканого материала.
29. Способ по п.24, при этом способ включает нагрев холста нетканого материала.
30. Способ по п.24, в котором указанное подвергание набивки с нанесенным раствором воздействию воздуха включает подвергание набивки с нанесенным раствором воздействию нагнетаемого воздуха или циркулирующего воздуха.
