Claims (38)
1. Композиция парафинового супрессанта, содержащая
растворимый в углеводороде гидротропный эквивалент; и ингибитор парафина, содержащий полимер, включающий один или несколько остатков имида формулы (I), соединения формулы (Ia) или их комбинации
и один или несколько остатков α–олефина, имеющего формулу (II)
где R1 представляет собой C10–C30 алкил, R2 представляет собой C10–C50 алкил, каждый R15 и каждый R16 индивидуально выбран из водорода и C1–C50 алкила, где по меньшей мере один из каждого R15 и R16 представляет собой водород, и X представляет собой –ОН или его сопряженное основание, –NHR1, –N(R1)2 или –OR1 .
2. Композиция парафинового супрессанта, содержащая растворимый в углеводороде гидротропный эквивалент; и полимер ингибитора парафина, содержащий один или несколько остатков сложного эфира формулы (XV)
и один или несколько остатков α–олефина, имеющего общую формулу (II)
где R2 представляет собой C10–C50 алкил, R9 и R10 индивидуально выбраны из водорода или C10–C50 алкила, и каждый R15 и каждый R16 индивидуально выбран из водорода и C1–C50 алкила, где, по меньшей мере, один из каждого R15 и R16 представляет собой водород.
3. Композиция парафинового супрессанта по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что гидротропный эквивалент включает органическую аммониевую соль алкилбензолсульфоновой кислоты, причем, алкил алкилбензола представляет собой С10–С20 алкил.
4. Композиция парафинового супрессанта по пп. 1–3, отличающаяся тем, что гидротропный эквивалент представляет собой органическую аммониевую соль додецилбензолсульфоновой кислоты формулы (III)
5. Композиция парафинового супрессанта по п. 3 или 4, отличающаяся тем, что органический аммоний выбран из первичного аммония, вторичного аммония, третичного аммония и четвертичного аммония.
6. Композиция парафинового супрессанта по любому из пп. 3–5, отличающаяся тем, что органический аммоний представляет собой этаноламмоний.
7. Композиция парафинового супрессанта по любому из пп. 1–6, отличающаяся тем, что R1 представляет собой С18 алкил.
8. Композиция парафинового супрессанта по любому из пп. 1–7, дополнительно содержащая дополнительный диспергатор парафина, выбранный из
9. Композиция парафинового супрессанта по любому из пп. 1–8, дополнительно содержащая диспергатор парафина, имеющий формулу (VIII)
где х составляет от 1 до 27 и n составляет от 1 до 100.
10. Композиция парафинового супрессанта по любому из пп. 1–9, дополнительно содержащая растворитель, выбранный из С1–С12спиртов, линейных С5–С18алканов, разветвленных С5–С18алканов, С5–С8циклоалканов, бензола, толуола, о–ксилола, м–ксилола, п–ксилола, рафинированного нефтяного растворителя или любую их комбинацию.
11. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–10 отличающаяся тем, что композиция дополнительно содержит С4–С50 алкилфенолформальдегидную смолу.
12. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–11, отличающаяся тем, что композиция содержит менее 10% воды.
13. Сырая нефть, содержащая от около 0,1 до 10000 ч/млн композиции по любому из пп. 1–12.
14. Способ, включающий добавление от около 0,1 до 10000 ч/млн композиции по любому из пп. 1–12 к первой композиции нефти с получением второй композиции нефти.
15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что первая композиция нефти состоит, по сути, из сырой нефти.
16. Способ по п. 14 или 15, дополнительно включающий воздействие на вторую композицию нефти температурой от 4°С до –60°С.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 14–16, дополнительно включающий перекачку второй композиции нефти по трубе.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 14–17, отличающийся тем, что добавление осуществляют через шлангокабель.
19. Концентрат парафинового супрессанта, содержащий композицию парафинового супрессанта по любому из пп. 1–9 или 11; и растворитель, выбранный из С1–С12 спиртов, линейных С5–С18алканов, разветвленных С5–С18алканов, С5–С8циклоалканов, бензола, толуола, о–ксилола, м–ксилола, п–ксилола, рафинированного растворителя нефти и их смесей.
20. Концентрат по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что концентрат содержит менее 10% воды.
21. Способ включающий воздействие на концентрат парафинового супрессанта по п. 19 или 20 температурой от 60°С до –60°С или от 4°С до –60°С.
22. Применение любой из композиций по пп. 1–12 для ингибирования осаждения твердых парафинов в сырой нефти или для диспергирования кристаллизованных твердых парафинов в сырой нефти.
23. Применение по п. 22, отличающееся тем, что сырая нефть подвергается действию температуры от 4°С до –60°С.
24. Применение концентрата парафинового супрессанта по п. 18 или 19 для ингибирования осаждения твердых парафинов в сырой нефти или для диспергирования кристаллизованных твердых парафинов в сырой нефти.
25. Применение по п. 24, отличающееся тем, что концентрат парафинового супрессанта подвергается действию температуры от 4°С до –60°С.
