Claims (15)

1. Комплект для лечения пораженного участка сосудистой системы, содержащий
первый проникающий катетер, содержащий первую шахту с первой дистальной частью, приспособленной для позиционирования на пораженном участке или возле него, и первой проксимальной частью с первой меткой на первом участке; и
второй катетер, содержащий вторую шахту со второй дистальной частью, приспособленной для позиционирования на пораженном участке, и второй проксимальной частью со второй меткой на втором участке, по существу соответствующем первому участку первой метки,
при этом первая и вторая метки могут быть видны снаружи тела пациента без использования рентгеноскопии,
при этом вторая дистальная часть второго катетера содержит баллон.
2. Комплект по п.1, отличающийся тем, что второй катетер содержит лечебный элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из лекарственного средства, стента, графта, режущего элемента, проводника направленного действия или любого их сочетания.
3. Комплект по п.1, отличающийся тем, что проникающий катетер может быть приспособлен для внедрения в окклюзию пораженного участка или прохождения сквозь нее.
4. Комплект для лечения пораженного участка сосудистой системы пациента, содержащий
первый проникающий катетер, содержащий первую шахту с первым средством для измерения первых расстояний от первой заранее заданной точки на первой шахте, и
второй катетер, содержащий вторую шахту со вторым средством для измерения вторых расстояний от второй заранее заданной точки на второй шахте,
причем первое и второе средства для измерения могут восприниматься врачом снаружи сосудистой системы без использования рентгеноскопии, и каждое первое расстояние соответствует по меньшей мере одному второму расстоянию,
при этом второй катетер содержит баллон, расположенный возле дистального конца второй шахты.
5. Комплект по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что первое и второе средства для измерения являются прозрачными для рентгеновских лучей.
6. Комплект по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что вторая заранее заданная точка расположена на конце баллона.
7. Комплект по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что второй катетер может включать также рентгеноконтрастный маркер, расположенный возле баллона.
