Claims (21)

1. Способ полимеризации, включающий:
контактирование олефина или смеси олефина и одного или нескольких сополимеризуемых мономеров в условиях полимеризации с каталитической композицией, содержащей:
один или несколько катализаторов полимеризации; и
агент регулирования селективности, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одно кремнийсодержащее соединение, имеющее, по меньшей мере, одну C1-C10-алкокси-группу, связанную с атомом кремния; и
получение полимера с общей зольностью меньше чем 15 ч/млн.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором каталитическая композиция дополнительно содержит некоторое количество одного или несколько соединений агента из C2-C13-моно- или поликарбоксилатных сложных эфиров алифатических C2-C7-монокарбоновых кислот и их инертно замещенные производные.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором каталитическая композиция содержит алюминийсодержащее соединение и соединение переходного металла, где отношение алюминия к переходному металлу составляет приблизительно 50 или меньше.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором отношение алюминия к переходному металлу составляет приблизительно 25 или меньше.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором производительность катализатора находится в интервале между 200 и 500 т/кг.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором общая зольность составляет меньше чем 5 ч/млн.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором полимер имеет, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих свойств: содержание титана от 30 до 300 ч/млрд, содержание кремния от 1 до 50 ч/млрд, содержание алюминия от 0,2 до 6 ч/млн или содержание магния от 0,1 до 1 ч/млн.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором олефином является пропилен.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором полимер имеет текучесть расплава от 0,5 до 400 г/10 мин, измеренную в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D-1238-01 при 230°C с нагрузкой 2,16 кг, полимеров на основе пропилена.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором текучесть расплава составляет от 0,5 до 6 г/10 мин.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактирование олефина или смеси олефина и одного или нескольких сополимеризуемых сомономеров в условиях полимеризации проходит в первом реакторе полимеризации с образованием активного полимера на основе олефина, и этот способ также включает контактирование в условиях полимеризации активного полимера на основе олефина, по меньшей мере, с одним олефином во втором реакторе полимеризации с образованием полимера с общей зольностью меньше чем 15 ч/млн.
12. Способ по п. 1, в котором полимер представляет собой не требующий промывки полимер на основе пропилена.
13. Способ по п. 1, также включающий нанесение покрытия на электротехническую деталь с помощью полимера.
14. Композиция, содержащая полиолефин и имеющая общую зольность меньше чем 15 ч/млн и, по меньшей мере, одно из следующих свойств: содержание титана от 30 до 300 ч/млрд, содержание кремния от 1 до 50 ч/млрд, содержание алюминия от 0,2 до 6 ч/млн или содержание магния от 0,1 до 1 ч/млн.
15. Полипропиленовый гомополимер с общей зольностью меньше чем 15 ч/млн и, по меньшей мере, с одним из следующих свойств: содержание титана от 30 до 300 ч/млрд, содержание кремния от 1 до 50 ч/млрд, содержание алюминия от 0,2 до 6 ч/млн или содержание магния от 0,1 до 1 ч/млн.
16. Изделие, содержащее композицию по п. 14.
17. Конденсаторная пленка, содержащая композицию по п. 14.
