Claims (17)
1. Способ получения полимера на основе пропилена, включающий:
приведение в контакт в условиях полимеризации в реакторе газофазной полимеризации пропиленового мономера и необязательно одного или нескольких сомономеров с композицией катализатора Циглера-Натта;
поддержание температуры реакционной зоны реактора газофазной полимеризации при температуре от более 72°C до менее или равной 85°C и
образование полимера на основе пропилена с молекулярной массой (Mw) более 100000 и Mz+1/Mz менее 2,20.
2. Способ по п. 1, где реактор газофазной полимеризации представляет собой реактор газофазной полимеризации с псевдоожиженным слоем.
3. Способ по п. 1, где композиция катализатора Циглера-Натта содержит внутренний донор электронов на основе фталата и смешанный внешний донор электронов, содержащий один или несколько алкоксисиланов и одно или несколько агентов ограничения активности.
4. Способ по п. 1, включающий поддержание температуры реакционной зоны от более или равной 75°C до менее или равной 85°C.
5. Способ по п. 2, включающий
приведение в контакт пропиленового мономера с композицией катализатора Циглера-Натта;
поддержание температуры реактора газофазной полимеризации с псевдоожиженным слоем от более или равной 75°C до менее или равной 85°C и
образование гомополимера пропилена с Mw более 200000, Mw/Mn менее 6,0 и Mz+1/Mz менее 2,20.
6. Способ по п. 5, дополнительно включающий снижение вязкости гомополимера пропилена и образование гомополимера пропилена с Mw/Mn менее 3,0.
7. Способ по п. 2, включающий
приведение в контакт пропиленового мономера с композицией катализатора Циглера-Натта;
поддержание температуры реактора газофазной полимеризации с псевдоожиженным слоем от более или равной 80°C до менее или равной 85°C и
образование гомополимера пропилена с Mw более 220000, Mw/Mn менее 6,0 и Mz+1/Mz менее 2,20.
8. Способ по п. 7, дополнительно включающий снижение вязкости гомополимера пропилена и образование гомополимера пропилена с Mw/Mn менее 3,0.
