Claims (18)

1. Состав смазочного материала для минимального количества смазки при металлообработке, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 0,05 до 5% масс. эмульгатора в пересчете на общую массу состава и дополняющее состав до 100% количество алифатического спирта с 16-24 атомами углерода, причем эмульгатор выбран из полиалкиленгликолевых эфиров жирных спиртов, алкиловых эфиров алкоксилатов гликолевой кислоты и их смесей.
2. Состав смазочного материала по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полиалкиленгликолевый эфир жирного спирта обладает формулой (I):

в которой R1 означает алифатический, разветвленный или неразветвленный, алкильный или алкенильный остаток с 16-18 атомами углерода, R* означает гидроксильный остаток, причем х равен от 0 до 10, у равен от 0 до 10 и х+у равно от 1 до 10.
3. Состав смазочного материала по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что алкиловый эфир алкоксилата гликолевой кислоты обладает формулой (II):

в которой R2 означает алифатический, разветвленный или неразветвленный, алкильный или алкенильный остаток с 6-20 атомами углерода, причем х равен от 0 до 10, у равен от 0 до 10 и х+у равно от 1 до 10.
4. Состав смазочного материала по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что алифатический спирт с 16-24 атомами углерода является разветвленным спиртом, предпочтительно спиртом Гербе, особенно предпочтительно спиртом с 20 атомами углерода.
5. Состав смазочного материала по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что состав дополнительно содержит от 0,05 до 5% масс., в пересчете на общую массу состава, алканоламида жирной кислоты или алкоксилированного алканоламида жирной кислоты формулы (III):

в которой R3 означает алифатический, неразветвленный или разветвленный, алкильный или алкенильный остаток с 5-23 атомами углерода, R' и Rʺ независимо друг от друга означают водород или алифатический, неразветвленный или разветвленный, замещенный или незамещенный алкильный или алкенильный остаток, и причем х равен от 0 до 10, у равен от 0 до 10 и х+у равно 0 до 10.
6. Состав смазочного материала по одному из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что состав дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одну повышающую эффективность присадку из группы, включающей:
a) сульфированные соединения, включающие сульфированные олефины, сульфированные сложные эфиры, сульфированные триглицериды и сульфированные природные эфирные масла,
b) жирные кислоты с 12-24 атомами углерода,
c) этоксилированное природное масло,
d) омыленное едким кали рапсовое масло,
e) этоксилированный кислый эфир фосфорной кислоты.
7. Состав смазочного материала по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что содержание каждой повышающей эффективность присадки в пересчете на общую массу состава составляет 15% масс., и доля суммарного содержания повышающих эффективность присадок в пересчете на общую массу состава составляет 30% масс.
8. Применение состава смазочного материала по одному из пп. 1-7 для минимального количества смазки при металлообработке с возможностью смывания остатков состава, остающихся на поверхностях обрабатываемой детали и инструмента, водой.
