Claims (16)
1. Режущий инструмент с покрытием, содержащий основу, имеющую покрытие, содержащее слой α-Al2O3, причем толщина слоя α-Al2O3 составляет 2-4 мкм, и причем слой α-Al2O3 имеет параметр текстуры TC(hkl), измеренный рентгеновской дифракцией с использованием излучения CuKα и сканирования θ-2θ, определяемый по формуле Харриса
где
I(hkl) представляет собой измеренную интенсивность (проинтегрированная площадь) рефлекса (hkl), I0(hkl) представляет собой стандартную интенсивность в соответствии с PDF-картой ICDD № 00-010-0173, и n представляет собой число рефлексов, используемых в расчетах, причем использованы следующие рефлексы (hkl): (104), (110), (113), (024), (116), (214), (300) и (0012),
причем TC(0012)≥7,2, и причем отношение I(0012)/I(0114)≥0,8,
и причем покрытие дополнительно содержит MTCVD-слой TiCN, расположенный между основой и слоем α-Al2O3, причем толщина MTCVD-слоя TiCN составляет 2-3 мкм, и причем MTCVD-слой TiCN имеет полюсную фигуру {211}, измеренную методом EBSD в части MTCVD-слоя TiCN параллельно наружной поверхности покрытия на расстоянии менее 1 мкм, предпочтительно менее 0,5 мкм от наружной поверхности MTCVD-слоя TiCN, причем полюсная диаграмма на основе данных полюсной фигуры, с угловым шагом 0,25° в диапазоне углов наклона 0°≤β≤45° к нормали к внешней поверхности покрытия, имеет отношение интенсивности в диапазоне углов наклона β≤15° к интенсивности в диапазоне 0°≤β≤45°, больше или равное 45%.
2. Инструмент по п. 1, в котором MTCVD-слой TiCN имеет полюсную фигуру {110}, измеренную способом EBSD в той же части MTCVD-слоя TiCN, что и в п. 1, причем полюсная диаграмма, основанная на данных полюсной фигуры с угловым шагом 0,25° в диапазоне углов наклона 0°≤β≤45° от нормали к наружной поверхности покрытия, имеет отношение интенсивности в диапазоне углов наклона β≤15° к интенсивности в диапазоне 0°≤β≤45°, меньше или равное 30%.
3. Инструмент по п. 1 или 2, в котором толщина слоя α-Al2O3 составляет 2,5-3,5 мкм.
4. Инструмент по п. 1, в котором покрытие дополнительно включает связующий слой, содержащий HTCVD-слой TiN, TiCN, TiCNO и/или TiCO или их комбинацию, предпочтительно HTCVD-слой TiCN и TiCNO, расположенный дальше всего от MTCVD-слоя TiCN и граничащий со слоем α-Al2O3.
5. Инструмент по п. 4, в котором толщина связующего слоя составляет 0,5-1 мкм.
6. Инструмент по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий внутренний слой TiN, примыкающий к основе.
7. Инструмент по п. 6, в котором толщина слоя TiN составляет 0,3-0,6 мкм.
8. Инструмент по п. 1, в котором основа представляет собой цементированный карбид, металлокерамику, керамику.
9. Инструмент по п. 1 или 8, в котором основа представляет собой цементированный карбид с содержанием Co 8-15 масс.%.
10. Инструмент по п. 1, в котором режущий инструмент представляет собой режущую пластину для фрез.
11. Применение режущего инструмента с покрытием по любому из предыдущих пунктов при фрезеровании стали, предпочтительно легированной стали, углеродистой стали или вязкой закаленной стали.
