Claims (15)
1. Полиуретановая композиция, содержащая
полиольную композицию, содержащую полиольную композицию на основе бутиленоксида, причем полиольная композиция имеет среднюю гидроксильную функциональность от 2 до 8 и гидроксил-эквивалентную массу от 150 до 4000, при этом полиольная композиция на основе бутиленоксида составляет от 10 процентов по массе до 100 процентов по массе от общей массы полиольной композиции и имеет среднюю гидроксильную функциональность от 2 до 3; и
композицию полиизоцианата, причем полиуретановая композиция имеет изоцианатный индекс в диапазоне от 70 до 120.
2. Полиуретановая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиольная композиция на основе бутиленоксида дополнительно содержит бутиленоксид и пропиленоксид блок-сополимер
3. Полиуретановая композиция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что общая масса бутиленоксид и пропиленоксид блок-сополимера в полиольной композиции составляет от 15 до 90 процентов по массе бутиленоксида; или отличающаяся тем, что общая масса бутиленоксид и пропиленоксид блок-сополимера в полиуретановой композиции составляет от 15 до 95 процентов по массе бутиленоксида.
4. Полиуретановая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиольная композиция на основе бутиленоксида содержит полиольную композицию на основе неполярного бутиленоксида; или отличающаяся тем, что полиольная композиция на основе бутиленоксида содержит полиоксиалкилендиол, имеющий среднюю гидроксильную функциональность 2 и полиоксиалкилентриол, имеющий среднюю гидроксильную функциональность 3, и причем полиольная композиция на основе бутиленоксида имеет среднюю гидроксильную функциональность от 2 до 3.
5. Полиуретановая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полиуретановая композиция по существу не содержит касторовое масло, причем полиуретановая композиция практически не содержит наполнитель
6. Полиуретановая композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что полиуретановая композиция содержит 0 процентов по массе касторового масла, и причем полиуретановая композиция содержит 0,6 процентов по массе или менее наполнителя.
7. Полиуретановое покрытие, образованное путем отверждения любой из полиуретановых композиций по пп. 1-6, в котором бутиленоксид составляет от 1 процента до 90 процентов от общей массы полиуретанового покрытия при отверждении.
8. Полиуретановое покрытие по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что полиуретановое покрытие имеет отслаивание при катодной поляризации менее чем 12 миллиметров, измеренное в соответствии с ASTM G95.
9. Полиуретановое покрытие, содержащее
отвержденную полиуретановую композицию, образованную из
полиольной композиции, содержащей полиольную композицию на основе бутиленоксида, причем полиольная композиция имеет среднюю гидроксильную функциональность от 2 до 8 и гидроксильную эквивалентную массу от 150 до 4000, при этом полиольная композиция на основе бутиленоксида составляет от 10 процентов по массе до 100 процентов по массе от общей массы полиольной композиции и имеет среднюю гидроксильную функциональность от 2 до 3; и
композиция полиизоцианата, содержащая преполимер, причем бутиленоксид составляет от 15 до 75 процентов по массе от общей массы преполимера, при этом полиуретановая композиция имеет значение изоцианатного индекса в диапазоне от 70 до 120.
10. Полиуретановое покрытие по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что полиуретановое покрытие при отверждении имеет отслаивание при катодной поляризации менее чем 12 миллиметров, как измерено в соответствии с ASTM G95.
