Abstract

La presente divulgación describe una composición de recubrimiento en polvo de un componente de poliuretano de bajo brillo que comprende del 90 al 100 % en peso de un sistema de resina que comprende una resina termoendurecible, un agente de curado de isocianato para reaccionar con la resina termoendurecible y un diol de policarbonato, en donde: la resina termoendurecible comprende una primera resina de poliéster hidroxilo funcional (i) que tiene un índice de hidroxilo de entre 200 y 250 mg KOH/g y una segunda resina de poliéster hidroxilo funcional (ii) que tiene un índice de hidroxilo de entre 20 y 40 mg KOH/g, la proporción en peso de (i):(ii) varía de 15:85 a 35:65, el agente de curado de isocianato comprende al menos un agente de curado de uretdiona no bloqueado, la proporción de grupos isocianato del agente de curado a grupo hidroxilo del termoendurecible varía entre 0.8 a 1.2, y el % en peso total del diol de policarbonato en la composición de recubrimiento varia de 1 a 10 % en peso basado en el peso total de la composición de recubrimiento.
