Claims (85)

1. Головка для производственной системы, содержащая
корпус, выполненный с возможностью приема жидкой матрицы и по меньшей мере одного непрерывного волокна и выпуска композитной трубчатой структуры;
сопло, функционально соединенное с головкой и выполненное с возможностью нанесения слоя материала на поверхность композитной трубчатой структуры по мере того, как композитная трубчатая структура выходит из корпуса; и
скребок, связанный с соплом и выполненный с возможностью скольжения по слою материала.
2. Головка по п. 1, дополнительно включающая в себя улучшитель вулканизации, функционально связанный с корпусом и выполненный с возможностью вулканизации жидкой матрицы в композитной трубчатой структуре во время выпуска и перед нанесением слоя материала.
3. Головка по п. 2, в которой улучшитель вулканизации выполнен с возможностью вулканизации жидкой матрицы в композитной трубчатой структуре изнутри композитной трубчатой структуры.
4. Головка по п. 2, в которой
улучшитель вулканизации представляет собой первый улучшитель вулканизации; и
головка дополнительно включает в себя второй улучшитель вулканизации, выполненный с возможностью вулканизации слоя материала, нанесенного соплом.
5. Головка по п. 4, в которой
сопло является первым соплом;
слой материала является первым слоем материала;
поверхность является первой поверхностью;
скребок является первым скребком; и
головка дополнительно включает в себя:
второе сопло, функционально соединенное с головкой и выполненное с возможностью нанесения второго слоя материала на вторую поверхность композитной трубчатой структуры;
второй скребок, связанный со вторым соплом и выполненный с возможностью скольжения по второму слою материала; и
третий улучшитель вулканизации, выполненный с возможностью вулканизации второго слоя материала.
6. Головка по п. 1, в которой
сопло включает в себя по меньшей мере одно радиально ориентированное отверстие, выполненное с возможностью выпуска слоя материала; и
скребок включает в себя последующий ракель, расположенный после указанного по меньшей мере одного отверстия в направлении выхода композитной трубчатой структуры.
7. Головка по п. 6, в которой последующий ракель расположен на расстоянии от поверхности композитной трубчатой структуры.
8. Головка по п. 7, дополнительно включающая в себя корректирующий механизм, выполненный с возможностью перемещения последующего ракеля относительно поверхности композитной трубчатой структуры.
9. Головка по п. 6, в которой скребок дополнительно включает в себя предшествующий ракель, непосредственно контактирующий с поверхностью композитной трубчатой структуры.
10. Головка по п. 1, в которой поверхность представляет собой внутреннюю поверхность.
11. Головка по п. 10, в которой
сопло представляет собой первое сопло, которое включает в себя множество отверстий, ориентированных радиально наружу; и
головка дополнительно включает в себя второе сопло со множеством отверстий, которые ориентированы радиально внутрь и выполнены с возможностью нанесения слоя материала на внешнюю поверхность композитной трубчатой структуры.
12. Головка по п. 11, дополнительно включающая в себя
стержневой элемент, который проходит из центра головки через композитную трубчатую структуру к первому соплу для подачи в него жидкой матрицы; и
по меньшей мере один осевой проход, который проходит от головки снаружи композитной трубчатой структуры ко второму соплу для подачи в него жидкой матрицы.
13. Головка по п. 1, в которой поверхность композитной трубчатой структуры является внешней.
14. Головка по п. 13, дополнительно включающая в себя
крышку, установленную на входном конце сопла и расширяющуюся наружу у выходного конца сопла; и
по меньшей мере один улучшитель вулканизации, расположенный в крышке и ориентированный радиально внутрь к композитной трубчатой структуре.
15. Головка по п. 14, дополнительно включающая в себя внешний экран, который проходит от корпуса до сопла.
16. Система для непрерывного производства композитной структуры, содержащая
опору, выполненную с возможностью перемещения во множестве направлений во время производства композитной структуры; и
головку, соединенную с опорой и включающую в себя:
корпус, выполненный с возможностью приема жидкой матрицы и по меньшей мере одного непрерывного волокна и выпуска композитной трубчатой структуры;
сопло, функционально соединенное с корпусом и выполненное с возможностью нанесения слоя материала на поверхность трубчатой структуры по мере того, как она выходит из корпуса;
скребок, связанный с соплом и выполненный с возможностью скольжения по слою материала;
первый улучшитель вулканизации, функционально связанный с корпусом и выполненный с возможностью вулканизации жидкой матрицы в трубчатой структуре во время выпуска; и
второй улучшитель вулканизации, выполненный с возможностью вулканизации слоя материала, нанесенного соплом.
17. Система по п. 16, в которой первый улучшитель вулканизации выполнен с возможностью вулканизации жидкой матрицы в трубчатой структуре изнутри трубчатой структуры.
18. Система по п. 16, в которой
сопло является первым соплом;
слой материала является первым слоем материала;
поверхность является внутренней поверхностью трубчатой структуры;
скребок является первым скребком; и
головка дополнительно включает в себя:
второе сопло, выполненное с возможностью нанесения второго слоя материала на наружную поверхность трубчатой структуры;
второй скребок, связанный со вторым соплом и выполненный с возможностью скольжения по второму слою материала; и
третий улучшитель вулканизации, выполненный с возможностью вулканизации второго слоя материала на поверхности трубчатой структуры.
19. Система по п. 18, в которой
первое сопло включает в себя множество отверстий, ориентированных радиально наружу; и
второе сопло включает в себя множество отверстий, которые ориентированы радиально внутрь.
20. Система по п. 19, дополнительно включающая в себя:
стержневой элемент, который проходит из центра головки через трубчатую структуру к первому соплу для подачи в него жидкой матрицы; и
по меньшей мере один осевой проход, который проходит от головки снаружи трубчатой структуры ко второму соплу для подачи в него жидкой матрицы.
21. Система по п. 18, дополнительно включающая в себя крышку, установленную на входном конце второго сопла и расширяющуюся наружу на выходном конце второго сопла, причем третий улучшитель вулканизации расположен в крышке и ориентирован радиально внутрь к трубчатой структуре.
22. Система по п. 16, в которой
сопло включает в себя по меньшей мере одно радиально ориентированное отверстие, выполненное с возможностью выпуска слоя материала; и
скребок включает в себя последующий ракель, расположенный после указанного по меньшей мере одного отверстия в направлении выхода трубчатой структуры.
23. Система по п. 22, в которой последующий ракель расположен на расстоянии от поверхности трубчатой структуры.
24. Система по п. 23, дополнительно включающая в себя корректирующий механизм, выполненный с возможностью перемещения последующего ракеля относительно поверхности трубчатой структуры.
25. Система по п. 22, в которой скребок дополнительно включает в себя предшествующий ракель, непосредственно контактирующий с поверхностью.
26. Способ производства композитной структуры, включающий
непрерывное покрытие волокон матрицей;
отклонение покрытых матрицей волокон радиально наружу от неволоконной оси для формирования трубчатой структуры;
создание трехмерной траектории внутри трубчатой структуры;
вулканизацию матрицы внутри трубчатой структуры;
нанесение слоя материала на поверхность трубчатой структуры во время ее формирования; и
скольжение ракеля по меньшей мере по части слоя материала.
27. Способ по п. 26, в котором вулканизация матрицы в трубчатой структуре включает в себя вулканизацию матрицы изнутри трубчатой структуры.
28. Способ по п. 27, дополнительно включающий вулканизацию слоя материала, нанесенного на поверхность трубчатой структуры.
29. Способ по п. 26, в котором нанесение слоя материала на поверхность трубчатой структуры включает в себя нанесение первого слоя материала матрицы на внутреннюю поверхность трубчатой структуры.
30. Способ по п. 29, дополнительно включающий
нанесение второго слоя материала матрицы на внешнюю поверхность трубчатой структуры во время ее формирования;
скольжение ракеля по меньшей мере по части второго слоя материала матрицы; и
вулканизацию второго слоя материала матрицы.
31. Способ по п. 26, дополнительно включающий регулирование расстояния ракеля от поверхности для изменения толщины слоя материала.
32. Способ по п. 26, в котором вулканизация матрицы внутри трубчатой структуры включает в себя вулканизацию матрицы до того, как слой материала будет нанесен на поверхность трубчатой структуры.
33. Способ по п. 26, дополнительно включающий внешнее экранирование трубчатой структуры от окружающей среды.
34. Способ по п. 33, дополнительно включающий внутреннее экранирование трубчатой структуры от окружающей среды.
