Claims (44)

1. Соединение формулы (I):

X1 представляет собой N или CR1;
R1 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, галогена, циано, C1-C6алкила, C3-C6циклоалкила, C2-C6алкенила, C2-C6алкинила, C1-C6алкокси, -С(O)OC1-C6алкила, -S(O)pC1-C6алкила, NR6R7, C1-C6галогеналкокси и C1-C6галогеналкила;
R2 выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, циано, нитро, C1-C6алкила, C1-C6 галогеналкила, C2-C6алкенила, C2-C6алкинила, C3-C6циклоалкила, -C(O)OC1-C6алкила, -S(O)р(C1-C6алкила), C1-C6алкокси, C1-C6 галогеналкокси и фенила;
R3 представляет собой -C(O)X2R12;
X2 представляет собой О или NR10;
если X2 представляет собой О, то R12 выбран из группы, состоящей из C1-C6алкила, CrалкоксиCsалкила, C1-C6галогеналкила, CrалкоксиCsгалогеналкила, CrалкилтиоCsалкила, C2-C6алкенила, C2-C6алкинила и -(CRaRb)qR11;
если X2 представляет собой NR10, то R12 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-C6алкила, C1-C6алкокси, C1-C6галогеналкила, C1-C6галогеналкокси, СrалкилтиоСsалкила, C2-C6алкенила, C2-C6алкинила и -(CRaRb)qR11;
R10 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-C6алкила, C3-C6циклоалкила;
или R10 и R12 вместе с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, могут образовывать 5-, 6- или 7-членное кольцо, необязательно содержащее 1-3 дополнительных гетероатома, каждый из которых независимо выбран из О, N или S, где, если указанное кольцо содержит серу в кольце, указанная сера в кольце находится в форме S(O)p;
R4 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-C6алкила, C1-C6алкокси, C1-C6галогеналкила, C1-C6галогеналкокси, C3-C6циклоалкила, C3-C6алкенила, C3-C6алкинила, -C(O)R9 и -(CRaRb)qR5;
Ra представляет собой водород или C12алкил;
Rb представляет собой водород или C12алкил;
R5 представляет собой циано, -С(O)OC1-C6алкил, -C3-C6циклоалкил, -арил или -гетероарил, где указанные арил и гетероарил необязательно замещены 1-3 независимыми R8;
R6 и R7 независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из водорода и C1-C6алкила;
каждый R8 независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, C1-C6алкила и C1-C6алкокси-, C1-C6галогеналкила, C1-C6 галогеналкокси-, циано и S(O)р(C1-C6алкила);
R9 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-C6алкила, C1-C6алкокси, C1-C6 галогеналкила, C1-C6галогеналкокси, C2-C6алкенила, C2-C6алкинила и -(CRaRb)qR11;
или R4 и R10 вместе с атомами, к которым они присоединены, образуют 5-7-членную кольцевую систему, необязательно содержащую 1-3 гетероатома, независимо выбранных из S, О и N;
или R4 и R12 вместе с атомами, к которым они присоединены, образуют 5-7-членную кольцевую систему, необязательно содержащую 1-3 гетероатома, независимо выбранных из S, О и N;
R11 представляет собой циано, -C3-C6циклоалкил или -арильное, -гетероарильное или -гетероциклильное кольцо, где указанное кольцо необязательно замещено 1-3 независимыми R8, и где, если указанное кольцо содержит серу в кольце, указанная сера в кольце находится в форме S(O)p;
n равняется 0 или 1;
р равняется 0, 1 или 2;
q равняется 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 или 6;
r равняется 1, 2, 3, 4 или 5, s равняется 1, 2, 3, 4 или 5, и сумма r + s меньше или равняется 6;
при условии, что соединение формулы (I) не является
(i) трет-бутил-N-[2-метил-6-(3-пиридил)-3-пиридил]карбаматом или
(ii) 1-амино-1-этил-3-[2-метил-6-(3-пиридил)-3-пиридил]мочевиной.
2. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 1, где X1 представляет собой N.
3. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 1, где X1 представляет собой CR1, и R1 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, циано, галогена, C13алкила, C34алкинила, C13алкокси, C1-C3 галогеналкила, C1-C3галогеналкокси и C1-C3 тиоалкила.
4. Соединение формулы (I) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где R2 представляет собой галоген, циано, C1-C6алкил, C1-C6 галогеналкил, С(O)OC1-C6алкил или фенил.
5. Соединение формулы (I) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где X2 представляет собой О.
6. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 5, где R12 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C1-C6алкила, CrалкоксиCsалкила, C1-C6галогеналкила, CrалкоксиCsгалогеналкила, CrалкилтиоCsалкила, C2-C6алкенила, C2-C6алкинила и -(CRaRb)qR11.
7. Соединение формулы (I) по любому из пп. 1-4, где X2 представляет собой NR10.
8. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 7, где R10 представляет собой водород или C1-C6алкил;
или где R10 вместе с R4 и атомами, к которым R10 и R4 присоединены, образуют 5-7-членную кольцевую систему, необязательно содержащую 1-3 дополнительных гетероатома, независимо выбранных из S, О и N;
или где R10 вместе с R12 и атомом азота, к которому R10 и R12 присоединены, образуют 5-7-членную кольцевую систему, необязательно содержащую 1-3 дополнительных гетероатома, независимо выбранных из S в форме S(O)p, О и N.
9. Соединение формулы (I) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где R4 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, метила, этила, аллила, бут-2-инила, C(O)R9 и -(CH2)qR5.
10. Гербицидная композиция, содержащая гербицидно эффективное количество соединения по любому из предыдущих пунктов и приемлемое с точки зрения сельского хозяйства вспомогательное средство для составления.
11. Гербицидная композиция по п. 10, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один дополнительный пестицид.
12. Гербицидная композиция по п. 11, где дополнительный пестицид представляет собой гербицид или антидот гербицида.
13. Способ контроля сорняков в месте произрастания, предусматривающий применение по отношению к месту произрастания достаточного для контроля сорняков количества композиции по любому из пп. 10-12.
14. Применение соединения формулы (I) по любому из пп. 1-9 в качестве гербицида.
