Claims (26)
1. Поли(мет)акрилатный сополимер, который получают посредством полимеризации смеси, содержащей:
(A) С17 алкил(мет)акрилат, где С17 алкильная цепь разветвлена со средней степенью разветвления от 2.0 до 4.0,
(B) метилметакрилат и/или метилакрилат, и
(C) алкилметакрилат и/или алкилакрилат с линейной или разветвленной С2-С30 алкильной цепью.
2. Сополимер по п. 1, где С17 алкильная цепь разветвлена со средней степенью разветвления от 2.8 до 3.7.
3. Сополимер по п. 1, где сополимер имеет средневесовую молекулярную массу MW от 10000 до 800000, определенную посредством гель-проникающей хроматографии согласно DIN 55672-1.
4. Сополимер по п. 1, где количество сомономера (А) составляет от 5 до 80 мас. %, на основе общей массы поли(мет)акрилатного сополимера.
5. Сополимер по п. 1, где количество сомономера (В) составляет от 5 до 40 мас. %, на основе общей массы поли(мет)акрилатного сополимера.
6. Сополимер по п. 1, где количество сомономера (С) составляет от 15 до 80 мас. %, на основе общей массы поли(мет)акрилатного сополимера.
7. Сополимер по пп. 1-6, где линейная или разветвленная С2-С30 алкильная цепь выбрана из группы, состоящей из этила, н-пропила, изо-пропила, н-бутила, изо-бутила, втор-бутила, трет-бутила, пентила, гексила, гептила, октила, 2-этилгексила, 2-пропил гептила, нонила, децила, стеарила, лаурила, октадецила, гептадецила, нонадецила, эйкозила, геникозила, докозила, трикозила, тетракозила, пентакозила, гексакозила, гептакозила, октакозила, нонакозила, триаконтила и бегенила.
8. Концентрированная композиция для применения в смазочных маслах, содержащая:
(i) разбавитель, и
(ii) от 30 до 70 мас.% поли(мет)акрилатного сополимера по пп. 1-7.
9. Композиция смазочного масла, содержащая:
(a) базовое масло,
(b) поли(мет)акрилатный сополимер по пп. 1-7, и
(c) добавки.
10. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 9, содержащая
от 0.1 до 30 мас. % поли(мет)акрилатного сополимера по пп. 1-7,
от 70 до 99.9 мас. % базового масла, и
от 0.05 до 20 мас. % добавок.
11. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 9, в которой добавки содержат по меньшей мере одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из антиоксидантов, ингибиторов окисления, ингибиторов коррозии, улучшителей трения, пассиваторов металлов, антикоррозийных ингибиторов, противовспенивателей, средств, повышающих индекс вязкости, дополнительных присадок, понижающих температуру застывания масла, диспергирующих средств, детергентов, дополнительных противозадирных агентов и противоизносных агентов.
12. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 9, имеющая показатель стабильности при сдвиговых условиях, как измерено в соответствии с ASTM D7109 и как вычислено посредством ASTM D6022, менее 50.
13. Композиция смазочного масла по пп. 9-12, имеющая вязкость при высокой температуре и высоком сдвиговом усилии при 100°С от 4.00 до 6.00 мПа⋅с, как измерено согласно ASTM D5481.
14. Применение композиции смазочного масла по пп. 9-13 в жидкости для автоматических трансмиссий, жидкости для механических трансмиссий, рабочей жидкости для гидравлической системы, смазке, жидкости для сцепления, технологическом масле, масле для картера двигателя или амортизаторной жидкости.
15. Способ улучшения стабильности при сдвиговых условиях смазочного масла, где указанный способ включает добавление поли(мет)акрилатного сополимера по пп. 1-7 в композицию смазочного масла, содержащую базовое масло и добавки.
