・オレイン酸塩、好ましくは、オレイン酸アルキル及びオレイン酸アルケニル、より好ましくは、C4〜C10のオレイン酸アルキル、特に、オレイン酸ブチル、オレイン酸ペンチル、オレイン酸ヘキシル、オレイン酸ヘプチル、オレイン酸オクチル、オレイン酸ノニル、オレイン酸デシル
を挙げることができる。
・R3が、直鎖状及び分枝状C1〜C30アルキル基を示し、
・m及びnが、独立して、1〜5の範囲の平均数を示す
PAGを挙げることができる。
・mがn以上であるか、又は
・mが2〜4.5の範囲の平均数、特に2〜3.5の範囲の平均数を示すか、又は
・nが1.5〜4の範囲の平均数、特に1.5〜3の範囲の平均数を示す。
・ASTM D445標準に従って100℃で測定した場合に、2.5〜4.5mm2/sである動粘度、又は
・160超、又は160〜210に含まれる粘度指数、又は
・−40℃未満の流動点、又は
・ASTM D5293標準に従って−35℃で測定した場合に、1200mPa・s未満の粘度(CCS)
を有する。
・R4が、直鎖状又は分枝状のC1〜C30アルキル基、好ましくは直鎖状又は分枝状のC8〜C12アルキル基を示し、
・pが2〜60、好ましくは5〜30又は7〜15の範囲の数を示し、
・R5及びR6が、同一であるか又は異なっており、独立して、水素原子又はC1〜C2アルキル基を示す
ブロックポリマー又はランダムポリマーを挙げることができる。
式(B4)のブロックポリマー又は式(B4)のランダムポリマーであって、
・R4が、直鎖状又は分枝状のC1〜C30アルキル基、好ましくは直鎖状又は分枝状のC8〜C12アルキル基を示し、
・qが2〜60、好ましくは5〜30又は7〜15の範囲の数であり、

オレフィン系モノマーと、
式(C3)のアクリル酸アルキルエステル又はメタクリル酸アルキルエステルのモノマーであって、
・Q5が、水素原子又はメチル基を示し、
・Q6が、直鎖状又は分枝状のC1〜C26アルキル基を示す
アクリル酸アルキルエステル又はメタクリル酸アルキルエステルのモノマーとの共重合により調製される。
本発明に係る潤滑組成物の様々な成分は、表1に示される製品の量及び性質に応じて混合される。
製品の量及び性質に従って比較の潤滑組成物の様々な成分を表3に示した。
国際公開第2012−025901号の例に記載された条件に従った幾つかの試験の際に、本発明に係る潤滑組成物により潤滑した際の燃料消費を、対照潤滑組成物(基油と、本発明に係る組成物の添加剤パッケージと同様の添加剤パッケージ−SAEJ300等級5W30)の使用の際の燃料消費と比較した。燃料消費の増加を、この対照潤滑組成物の使用から生じた燃料消費を参照することで評価した。得られた結果を表5に示す。
潤滑組成物のトラクション係数を評価して、得られた結果を表6に示す。
エンジン清浄度特性を、ASTM D7097標準に従ったTEOST MHT試験により評価し、得られた結果を表7に示し、ミリグラムで表した。特に多くの自動車製造者のための最大許容値は、等級0Wxxの油についてのILSAC分類に従って35mgである。
Claims (18)
- 式(I)
(X)W(Y)
(I)
により規定され、式中、
・Xが0又は5を示し、
・Yが4〜20の範囲の整数を示す
SAEJ300分類に従った等級の潤滑組成物であって、
(a)ASTM D445標準に従って100℃で測定した場合に、動粘度が1.5〜8mm2/sの範囲である、少なくとも1つのポリアルファオレフィン油(PAO)と、
(b)ASTM D445標準に従って100℃で測定した場合に、動粘度が1.5〜8mm2/sの範囲である、前記組成物の10〜80wt%の少なくとも1つのグループVの油と、
(c)3つの側鎖が50個以上の炭素原子を含み、かつ、少なくとも1つのポリオレフィンと少なくとも1つのポリ(アルキル)メタクリレートとのコポリマー;少なくとも1つのポリオレフィンと少なくとも1つのポリ(アルキル)アクリレートとのコポリマーから選択される、少なくとも1つの櫛型ポリマーと
を含む、潤滑組成物。 - 0W4、0W8、0W12、0W16、0W20、5W4、5W8、5W12、5W16、5W20から選択される、SAEJ300分類に従った等級の、請求項1に記載の潤滑組成物。
- ASTM D445標準に従って40℃で測定した場合に、動粘度が12〜30mm2/s、好ましくは14〜25mm2/sの範囲である、請求項1又は2に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記PAOの動粘度が、ASTM D445標準に従って100℃で測定した場合に、1.5〜6mm2/s、又は2〜8mm2/s、又はさらに2〜6mm2/sの範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記PAOの平均重量分子量が500Da未満であるか、又は50〜500Daの範囲であるか、又は50〜350Da若しくは50〜300Daの範囲である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記組成物の20〜80wt%、30〜60wt%、又は35〜45wt%の前記グループVの油を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記グループVの油が、モノエステル、ポリアルキレングリコール(PAG)から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記櫛型ポリマーが、
式(C2)
・Q3が、直鎖状又は分枝状のC2〜C8アルキル基、C3〜C8シクロアルキル基、C6〜C10アリール基を示し、
・Q4が、水素原子又はメチル基を示し、
・L1が、ブタジエンの1,4付加体の残基;少なくとも1つのC1〜C6アルキル基で置換されたブタジエンの1,4付加体の残基;スチレンのビニル付加体の残基;少なくとも1つのC1〜C6アルキル基で置換されたスチレンのビニル付加体の残基を示し、
・L2が、ブタジエンのビニル付加体の残基;C1〜C6アルキル基で置換されたブタジエンのビニル付加体の残基;スチレンのビニル付加体の残基;少なくとも1つのC1〜C6アルキル基で置換されたスチレンのビニル付加体の残基を示し、
・k及びjが、独立して、0又は1〜3000の範囲の整数を示し、合計(k+j)が、7〜3000の範囲、好ましくは10〜3000の範囲の整数である

・Q8が、水素原子又はメチル基を示し、
・Q9、Q10及びQ11が、独立して、水素原子又はC1〜C18アルキル基を示し、
・x、y及びzが、独立して、0又は1〜3000の範囲の整数を示し、合計(x+y+z)が、7〜3000の範囲、好ましくは10〜3000の範囲の整数である
オレフィン系モノマーと、
式(C3)
・Q5が、水素原子又はメチル基を示し、
・Q6が、直鎖状又は分枝状のC1〜C26アルキル基を示す
アルキルアクリル酸エステル又はアルキルメタクリル酸エステルのモノマーとの共重合により調製された、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物。 - 前記ポリアルファオレフィン油(PAO)(a)と前記グループVの油(b)との間の重量比(a/b)が、0.1〜4、好ましくは0.3〜3.6の範囲である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- VIが220超、好ましくは250超、又はさらに270超若しくは300超である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 車両エンジンの潤滑のための、又は、欧州サイクルNEDCに従った市街地モードの際の車両エンジンの潤滑を改善するための、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物の使用。
- 車両エンジンの潤滑のための、又は、欧州サイクルWLTPに従った市街地モードの際の車両エンジンの潤滑を改善するための、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物の使用。
- 車両エンジンの潤滑のための、又は、欧州サイクルECEに従ったコールドモードの際の車両エンジンの潤滑を改善するための、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物の使用。
- ハイブリッド車両のエンジンを潤滑するための、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 潤滑剤の燃料節約(FE)を改善するための、又は、エンジン、特に車両エンジン、特にハイブリッド車両のエンジンの燃料消費を低減するための、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の潤滑組成物の使用。
