Claims (33)
1. Синтетическое волокно, содержащее:
- от 0,1 до 15% (масс.) частиц аэрогеля, при этом упомянутые частицы аэрогеля имеют средний диаметр в диапазоне от 0,3 до 20 мкм; и
- от 85 до 99,9% (масс.) полимерного материала,
где синтетическое волокно характеризуется линейной плотностью (денье) в диапазоне от 0,1 до 9,0 денье.
2. Синтетическое волокно по п. 1, где частицы аэрогеля содержат неорганический аэрогель.
3. Синтетическое волокно по п. 2, где частицы аэрогеля содержат аэрогель диоксида кремния.
4. Синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 3, где синтетическое волокно является силиконизированным.
5. Синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 4, содержащее от 0,5 до 10% (масс.) частиц аэрогеля.
6. Синтетическое волокно по п. 5, содержащее от 1 до 3% (масс.) частиц аэрогеля.
7. Синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 6, где частицы аэрогеля имеют средний диаметр в диапазоне от 2 до 5 мкм.
8. Синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 7, где частицы аэрогеля являются гомогенно диспергированными в полимерном материале.
9. Синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 8, где полимерный материал содержит найлон, сложный полиэфир, акриловый материал или полиолефиновый полимер или их комбинацию.
10. Синтетическое волокно по п. 9, где полимерный материал содержит сложный полиэфир.
11. Синтетическое волокно по п. 10, где сложный полиэфир представляет собой полиэтилентерефталат.
12. Синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 11, характеризующееся линейной плотностью в диапазоне от 0,7 до 2,0 денье.
13. Синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 12, где волокном является штапельное волокно, имеющее длину в диапазоне от 5 до 120 мм.
14. Синтетическое волокно по п. 13, где волокно имеет длину в диапазоне от 8 до 85 мм.
15. Синтетическое волокно по п. 13 или 14, где волокно является извитым.
16. Синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. от 1 до 12, где волокно представляет собой филамент.
17. Ватин, содержащий синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 16.
18. Изоляционный материал, содержащий синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 16.
19. Нить, содержащая синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 16.
20. Изделие, содержащее синтетическое волокно по любому одному из пп. 1 - 16.
21. Изделие по п. 20, где упомянутое изделие выбирают из группы, состоящей из продукта верхнего трикотажа, обуви, одежды, спального мешка и постельных принадлежностей.
22. Способ изготовления синтетического волокна по любому одному из пп. 1 - 16, при этом упомянутый способ включает:
- смешивание частиц аэрогеля и полимерного материала для получения, тем самым, смеси аэрогель/полимер;
- экструдирование смеси аэрогель/полимер; и
- необязательное проведение одной или нескольких дополнительных технологических стадий
для получения в результате синтетического волокна.
23. Способ по п. 22, где во время упомянутого смешивания частиц аэрогеля и полимерного материала как частицы аэрогеля, так и полимерный материал являются сухими.
24. Способ по п. 22 или 23, где упомянутое экструдирование смеси аэрогель/полимер включает осуществление для сухой смеси аэрогель/полимер технологического процесса экструдирования из расплава для получения, тем самым, гранул аэрогель/полимер.
25. Способ по п. 24, где упомянутые дополнительные технологические стадии включают изготовление синтетического волокна из гранул аэрогель/полимер.
26. Способ по п. 25, где гранулы аэрогель/полимер экструдируют с целью изготовления синтетического волокна.
