Claims (42)

1. Способ получения покрытой подложки из легкого металла, в частности из алюминия, включающий стадии
а) жидкостного химического нанесения композиции покрытия на подложку из легкого металла и
b) термического отверждения композиции покрытия,
причем композиция покрытия содержит золь-гель-материал, полученный из
А. одного или более частично гидролизованных алкоксисиланов формулы (I)
(R1O)nSiR2 3-nR3 (I),
причем символы и индексы имеют следующие значения:
R1 представляет собой C1-C6-алкил или C1-C10-арил,
R2 представляет собой C1-C4-алкил, C2-C4-алкенил или C2-C4-алкинил, C6-C10-арил, C6-C10-арилалкил или C6-C10-алкиларил,
R3 представляет собой эпоксидную функциональную группу, и
n равен 1, 2 или 3;
B. одного или более алкоксидов металлов формулы (II)
M+(4-m)(X)4-m (II),
причем символы и индексы имеют следующие значения:
M представляет собой металл 3-ей или 4-ой главной или побочной подгруппы с EN<1,5, предпочтительно Al, Zr, Ti или B, особенно предпочтительно Al;
X представляет собой (OR4), галоген, NH3 или первичный, вторичный или третичный (C1-C4)-алкиламин,
R4 представляет собой C1-C6-алкил или C6-C10-арил, и
m равен 0 или 1, предпочтительно 1,
в сочетании с одним или более комплексообразователями из группы 1,3-дикарбонильных соединений;
C. одного или более олигомерных или полимерных полиолов и
D. необязательно, одного или более блокированных полиизоцианатов.
2. Способ по п.1, причем символы и индексы в формуле (I) имеют следующие значения:
R1 представляет собой С14-алкил;
R3 представляет собой 3-глицидилоксипропил, и
n равен 3.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, причем соединение (I) выбрано из 3-глицидилоксипропилтриметоксисилана и 3-глицидилоксипропилтриэтоксисилана.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, причем проводят частичный гидролиз соединения формулы (I) добавлением от 0,13 до 1,5 моля воды, в расчете на 1 моль соединения (I).
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, причем символы и индексы в формуле (II) имеют следующие значения:
M представляет собой Al, Zr, Ti или B;
X представляет собой OR4;
R4 представляет собой C1-C6-алкил, и
m равен 0 или 1.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, причем соединение (II) представляет собой трис-втор-бутоксид алюминия.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, причем комплексообразователь компонента В выбран из ацетилацетона и этилацетоацетата.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, причем в качестве компонента С используют разветвленный сложный полиэфирполиол.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, причем компонент D присутствует, и в качестве компонента D используют один или более блокированных полиизоцианатов на основе изофорондиизоцианата или гексаметилендиизоцианата.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, причем жидкостное химическое нанесение на стадии а) выполняют напылением.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, причем термическое отверждение на стадии b) выполняют при температуре в диапазоне от 130°С до 200°С.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1-11, причем подложка из легкого металла, в частности алюминиевая подложка, представляет собой подножку или молдинг.
13. Подложка из легкого металла, в частности алюминиевая подложка, покрытая способом по любому из пп. 1-11.
14. Подложка из легкого металла, покрытая композицией покрытия, описанной в любом из пп. 1-9.
15. Применение композиции покрытия, описанной в любом из пп. 1-9, для нанесения покрытия на подложки из легких металлов, в частности алюминиевые подложки.
