Claims (31)
1. Расходный картридж для горелки с жидкостным охлаждением для плазменной резки, содержащий:
концевую часть картриджа, расположенную в первой части картриджа, при этом концевая часть картриджа имеет электрод, сопло и кожух;
входное отверстие для плазмообразующего газа во второй части расходного картриджа;
входное отверстие для защитного газа в указанной второй части;
входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для электрода в указанной второй части;
входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла в указанной второй части; и
входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха в указанной второй части.
2. Расходный картридж по п.1, в котором указанная вторая часть содержит торцевую поверхность проксимальной части картриджа.
3. Расходный картридж по п.1, в котором торцевая поверхность является по существу плоской.
4. Расходный картридж по п.1, в котором входное отверстие для плазмообразующего газа, входное отверстие для защитного газа, входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла, выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла, входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха являются неконцентрическими относительно центральной продольной оси картриджа.
5. Расходный картридж по п.1, в котором выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла соединено по текучей среде с входным отверстием для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха.
6. Расходный картридж по п.1, дополнительно содержащий приемное гнездо для ориентирующего штифта в указанной второй части, при этом приемное гнездо для ориентирующего штифта выполнено с возможностью приема ориентирующего штифта наконечника горелки для фиксации картриджа в радиальном направлении к горелке с заданной ориентацией.
7. Расходный картридж по п.1, дополнительно содержащий:
обойму картриджа, имеющую изолирующий корпус, при этом обойма картриджа присоединена к концевой части картриджа,
при этом входное отверстие для плазмообразующего газа, входное отверстие для защитного газа, входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для электрода, входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла, выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла, входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха расположены на проксимальном конце изолирующего корпуса.
8. Расходный картридж по п.7, дополнительно содержащий:
неконцентрическую полость, расположенную в изолирующем корпусе обоймы картриджа; и
RFID-метку), расположенную в указанной полости.
9. Расходный картридж по п.1, в котором входное отверстие для плазмообразующего газа выполнено с возможностью его выравнивания относительно соответствующего отверстия наконечника горелки для направления потока плазмообразующего газа из наконечника горелки к соплу.
10. Расходный картридж по п.1, в котором входное отверстие для защитного газа сообщается по текучей среде с кожухом, при этом входное отверстие для защитного газа выполнено с возможностью его выравнивания относительно соответствующего отверстия наконечника горелки для направления потока защитного газа к кожуху.
11. Расходный картридж по п.1, в котором входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для электрода поддерживаетэлектрическую связь и/или сообщение по текучей среде с электродом, при этом входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для электрода выполнено с возможностью его выравнивания относительно соответствующего отверстия наконечника горелки для направления охлаждающей жидкости и/или тока к электроду.
12. Расходный картридж по п.11, в котором входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла сообщаются по текучей среде с соплом, при этом входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла выполнены с возможностью их выравнивания относительно соответствующих отверстий из соответствующих отверстий в наконечнике горелки для направления охлаждающей жидкости между наконечником горелки и соплом.
13. Расходный картридж по п.12, в котором входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха сообщаются по текучей среде с кожухом, при этом входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха выполнены с возможностью их выравнивания относительно соответствующих отверстий из соответствующих отверстий в наконечнике горелки для направления охлаждающей жидкости между наконечником горелки и кожухом.
14. Расходный картридж для горелки с жидкостным охлаждением для плазменной резки, содержащий:
концевую часть картриджа, расположенную в первой части картриджа, при этом концевая часть картриджа имеет электрод, сопло и кожух; и
обойму картриджа во второй части картриджа, при этом обойма картриджа содержит дистальный конец, соединенный с концевой частью картриджа, и проксимальный конец, при этом обойма картриджа включает в себя:
- входное отверстие для плазмообразующего газа на проксимальном конце, выполненное с возможностью поддержания сообщения по текучей среде с соплом для подвода потока плазмообразующего газа к соплу;
- входное отверстие для защитного газа на проксимальном конце, выполненное с возможностью поддержания сообщения по текучей среде с кожухом для подвода потока защитного газа к кожуху;
- зону взаимодействия с электродом на проксимальном конце, выполненную с возможностью поддержания электрической связи и/или сообщения по текучей среде с электродом для подвода потока охлаждающей жидкости и/или электрического тока к электроду;
- входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для сопла на проксимальном конце, выполненные с возможностью обеспечения циркуляции потока охлаждающей жидкости между обоймой картриджа и соплом; и
- входное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха и выходное отверстие для охлаждающей жидкости для кожуха на проксимальном конце, выполненные с возможностью обеспечения циркуляции потока охлаждающей жидкости между обоймой картриджа и кожухом.
