Способ перемещающей уретропластики с нерасчленяющей спонгиопластикой, включающий калибровку уретры, дегловинг полового члена, иссечение тяжей полового члена при его искривлении, выделение уретры и ее перемещение в физиологическое положение, отличающийся тем, что окаймляющий разрез вокруг меатуса осуществляют с захватом кожи полового члена 1-2 мм, уретру со спонгиозным телом отделяют от ствола полового члена в зависимости от диастаза дистопированного меатуса уретры и его физиологического положения на протяжении 20-50 мм без отсечения расщепленного дистального отдела спонгиозного тела от головчатой части, а именно на каждые 2 мм диастаза проводят отделение дистальной части уретры на 1 см, далее выделенную уретру перемещают и формируют меатус в физиологическом месте на головке полового члена, а расщепленную дистальную часть спонгиозного тела сводят над соответствующей частью уретры, восстанавливая ее анатомию с помощью узловых швов рассасывающимся шовным материалом, затем перемещенную часть спонгиозного тела с уретрой фиксируют к кавернозным телам с двух сторон узловыми швами с шагом 1 см, проводят пластику головки полового члена и ушивают послеоперационную рану с формированием узловых атравматических швов, в мочевой пузырь устанавливают катетер Нелатона, послеоперационную рану закрывают асептической повязкой с фиксацией эластичным бинтом.A method of moving urethroplasty with non-dividing spongioplasty, including calibration of the urethra, penis degloving, excision of the penis strands when it is curved, isolation of the urethra and its movement to the physiological position, characterized in that the bordering incision around the meatus is carried out with the skin of the penis 1-2 mm , the urethra with the spongy body is separated from the trunk of the penis depending on the diastasis of the dystopic urethral meatus and its physiological position for 20-50 mm without clipping of the split distal part of the spongy body from the capitate, namely, for every 2 mm of diastasis, the distal part of the urethra is separated by 1 cm, then the extracted urethra is moved and a meatus is formed in a physiological place on the glans penis, and the split distal part of the spongy body is brought over the corresponding part the urethra, restoring its anatomy with the help of nodal sutures with absorbable suture material, then the displaced part of the spongy body with the urethra is fixed to the cavernous bodies from two sides with sutures with a step of 1 cm, the penis head is plastic and the postoperative wound is sutured with the formation of nodal atraumatic sutures, a Nelaton catheter is placed in the bladder, the postoperative wound is closed with an aseptic bandage with fixation with an elastic bandage.
