Claims (41)
1. Способ получения изделия из пенополиуретана, причем указанный способ включает стадии:
(A) получения смоляной композиции, содержащей:
(i) полиольный компонент;
(ii) аминный катализатор; и
(iii) порообразователь, содержащий:
(a) гидрофторолефин, и
(b) муравьиную кислоту;
(B) объединения смоляной композиции, рециркулированной смоляной композиции и изоцианатного компонента с образованием реакционной смеси; и
(C) выгрузки реакционной смеси с образованием изделия из пено-полиуретана.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий стадию получения рециркулированной смоляной композиции более чем за 2 месяца до стадии получения смоляной композиции.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадия объединения дополнительно определяется как объединение сначала смоляной композиции и рециркулированной смоляной композиции с образованием смеси смоляных композиций и затем объединения смеси смоляных композиций и изоцианатного компонента с образованием реакционной смеси.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором смесь смоляных композиций имеет вязкость менее чем около 900 сПз при 25°С.
5. Способ по п. 3, в котором смесь смоляных композиций имеет срок хранения более чем около 6 месяцев.
6. Способ по п. 3, в котором стадию объединения смеси смоляных композиций и изоцианатного компонента с образованием реакционной смеси проводят в неподвижной смесительной головке.
7. Способ по п. 3, в котором рециркулированная смоляная композиция присутствует в смеси смоляных композиций в количестве от около 0,1 до около 10 массовых процентов в пересчете на общую массу смеси смоляных композиций.
8. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий стадии предоставления смоляной композиции и рециркулированной смоляной композиции в А-стороннем сосуде и предоставления изоцианатного компонента в В-стороннем сосуде.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором А-сторонний и В-сторонний сосуды имеют давление менее чем около 700 фунт/дюйм2 при 25°С.
10. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором муравьиная кислота присутствует в смоляной композиции в количестве от около 1 до около 20 массовых процентов в пересчете на общую массу порообразователей, включенных в смоляную композицию, и/или гидрофторолефин присутствует в смоляной композиции в количестве от около 30 до около 95 массовых процентов в пересчете на общую массу порообразователей, включенных в смоляную композицию.
11. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором полиольный компонент содержит первый простой полиэфирполиол, имеющий вязкость менее чем около 5000 сПз при 25°С.
12. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором полиольный компонент содержит второй простой полиэфирполиол, имеющий вязкость более чем около 15000 сПз при 25°С.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором первый и второй простые полиэфиры полиола присутствуют в отношении от около 1:1 до около 5:1.
14. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором полиольный компонент содержит третий простой полиэфирполиол, имеющий вязкость менее чем около 500 сПз при 25°С.
15. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором полиольный компонент содержит ароматический сложный полиэфирполиол.
16. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором стадия выгрузки реакционной смеси дополнительно определяется как распыление реакционной смеси при давлении распыления от около 150 до около 1000 фунт/дюйм2 и/или скорости распыления от около 1 до около 40 фунтов реакционной смеси за минуту.
17. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором гидрофторолефин выбирают из группы из транс-1-хлор-3,3,3-трифторпропена, 2,3,3,3-тетрафторпропена, 1,3,3,3-тетрафторпропена и их комбинаций.
18. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором гидрофторолефин содержит транс-1-хлор-3,3,3-трифторпропен.
19. Способ по одному из пп. 1-9, в котором изделие из пенополиуретана имеет содержание закрытых пор более чем 80%.
20. Смоляная композиция, содержащая:
(i) полиольный компонент;
(ii) аминный катализатор;
(iii) порообразователь, содержащий:
(a) транс-1-хлор-3,3,3-трифторпропен, и
(b) муравьиную кислоту; и
(iv) рециркулированную смоляную композицию.
21. Смоляная композиция по п. 20, в которой указанный полиольный компонент содержит:
первый простой полиэфирполиол, имеющий вязкость менее чем около 5000 сПз при 25°С;
второй простой полиэфирполиол, имеющий вязкость более чем около 30000 сПз при 25°С;
третий простой полиэфирполиол, имеющий вязкость менее чем около 500 сПз при 25°С; и/или
ароматический сложный полиэфирполиол.
22. Смоляная композиция по п. 20, в которой указанная смоляная композиция имеет вязкость менее чем 900 сПз при 25°С.
23. Смоляная композиция по одному из пп. 20-22, в которой смоляная композиция имеет срок хранения более чем 6 месяцев.
