Claims (30)
1. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления, содержащий: каталитический материал для дизельного окисления на несущей подложке, где каталитический материал содержит платиновый компонент на носителе из жаропрочного оксида металла с высокой удельной поверхностью, где каталитический материал демонстрирует пиковую частоту колебаний в диапазоне около от около 2085 до около 2105 см-1, как измерено с помощью спектроскопии CO-DRIFTS, до воздействия условий эксплуатации транспортного средства, имеющего дизельный двигатель.
2. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по п. 1, где каталитический материал по существу свободен от соединений оксида платины, находящихся при > около 2110 см-1, как измерено с помощью CO-DRIFTS.
3. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по п. 1, где композит катализатора является полностью подвергнутым созреванию во время производства материала катализатора.
4. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по п. 1, где с момента воздействия непрерывной работы транспортного средства, имеющего дизельный двигатель, в диапазоне от около 200°С до около 350°С каталитический материал продолжает демонстрировать пиковую частоту колебаний от около 2085 до около 2105 см-1, как измерено с помощью CO-DRIFTS.
5. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по п. 1, где платиновый компонент находится в форме частиц и имеет средний размер частиц в диапазоне от около 0,5 нм до около 6 нм, как измерено с помощью метода хемосорбции СО.
6. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по п. 1, где каталитический материал дополнительно содержит палладиевый компонент.
7. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по п. 6, где соотношение платины и палладия по массе составляет приблизительно от 10:1 до 2:1.
8. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по п. 1, где несущая подложка представляет собой подложку с проточным течением или фильтр с проточными стенками.
9. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по п. 1, где носитель из жаропрочного оксида металла с высокой удельной поверхностью содержит оксид алюминия, диоксид титана, диоксид циркония, диоксид церия, диоксид кремния или их комбинации.
10. Композит дизельного катализатора окисления по любому из пп. 1-9, полученный в соответствии со стадиями:
получения каталитического материала, содержащего платиновый компонент на носителе из жаропрочного оксида металла с высокой удельной поверхностью;
осаждения этого каталитического материала на несущую подложку для образования композита; и
обработки этого каталитического материала в условиях при температуре по меньшей мере около 500°С в присутствии влажности и кислорода для образования композита дизельного катализатора окисления.
11. Способ обработки газообразного потока, содержащего оксиды азота (NOx), причем этот способ включает прохождение газообразного потока через композит дизельного катализатора окисления по любому из пп. 1-9.
12. Способ по п. 11, где газообразный поток представляет собой поток выхлопного газа из дизельного двигателя.
13. Способ образования полностью подвергнутого созреванию композита дизельного катализатора окисления, причем этот способ включает:
получение каталитического материала, содержащего платиновый компонент на носителе из жаропрочного оксида металла с высокой удельной поверхностью;
осаждение этого каталитического материала на несущую подложку для образования композита дизельного катализатора окисления; и обработку этого каталитического материала при температуре по меньшей мере 500°С в присутствии влажности и кислорода для образования полностью подвергнутого созреванию композита дизельного катализатора окисления.
14. Способ по п. 13, где каталитический материал предоставляется в виде суспензии платинового компонента и носителя из жаропрочного оксида металла с высокой удельной поверхностью.
15. Способ по п. 13 или 14, где стадия обработки проводится перед стадией осаждения.
16. Способ по п. 13 или 14, где стадия обработки проводится после стадии осаждения.
17. Способ по п. 13, где носитель из жаропрочного оксида металла с высокой удельной поверхностью сначала наносится на несущую подложку с последующим добавлением платинового компонента, и где каталитический материал обрабатывается после стадии осаждения платинового компонента на несущую подложку.
18. Способ по п. 13 или 14, где температура находится в диапазоне от около 550°С до около 650°С.
19. Способ по п. 13 или 14, где влажность находится в диапазоне от около 0,1 до около 20% объемных.
20. Способ по п. 13 или 14, где продолжительность стадии обработки находится в диапазоне от около 30 секунд до около 3 часов.
21. Полностью подвергнутый созреванию композит дизельного катализатора окисления, содержащий:
каталитический материал для дизельного окисления на несущей подложке, причем этот каталитический материал содержит платиновый компонент на носителе из жаропрочного оксида металла с высокой удельной поверхностью, где каталитический материал демонстрирует пиковую частоту колебаний в диапазоне от около 2085 до около 2105 см-1, как измерено с помощью спектроскопии CO-DRIFTS, до воздействия условий эксплуатации транспортного средства, имеющего дизельный двигатель, полученный в соответствии со стадиями:
получения каталитического материала, содержащего платиновый компонент на носителе из жаропрочного оксида металла с высокой удельной поверхностью;
осаждения этого каталитического материала на несущую подложку для образования композита дизельного катализатора окисления; и
обработки этого каталитического материала при температуре по меньшей мере около 500°С в присутствии влажности и кислорода для образования полностью подвергнутого созреванию композита дизельного катализатора окисления.
