Claims (25)
1. Способ получения алюминатов общей формулы (I):
в которой A означает по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из стронция, бария и лантана,
B означает по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из марганца, железа, кобальта, никеля, родия, меди и цинка,
x означает число от 0,05 до 1,0,
y означает число, которое определяется степенью окисления других элементов,
включающий стадии:
(i) приготовление одного или нескольких растворов или суспензий, содержащих соединения-предшественники элементов A и B, а также соединение-предшественник алюминия в растворителе,
(ii) преобразование растворов или суспензий в аэрозоль,
(iii) подачу аэрозоля в непосредственно или косвенно обогреваемую зону пиролиза,
(iv) осуществление пиролиза, и
(v) выделение образовавшихся частиц, содержащих алюминат общей формулы (I), из пиролизного газа.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что элементом A является лантан, а элементом B является кобальт или никель.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что элементом A является стронций или барий, а элементом B является никель.
4. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что соединением-предшественником элемента A или B является ацетилацетонат.
5. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что соединением-предшественником элемента A или B является карбоксилат.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что карбоксилатом является 2-этилгексаноат.
7. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что соединением-предшественником элемента A или B является алкоголят.
8. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что соединением-предшественником элемента A или B является нитрат.
9. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что соединением-предшественником элемента A или B является оксид или гидроксид.
10. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что соединением-предшественником алюминия является алкоголят.
11. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что соединением-предшественником алюминия является втор-бутилат алюминия.
12. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что растворителем является ксилол.
13. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пиролиз осуществляют при температуре от 900 до 1500°C.
14. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что зону пиролиза нагревают пламенем.
