Claims (16)
1. Ингибитор биологической коррозии металла, содержащий 3-метилглутаровый альдегид в качестве действующего ингредиента.
2. Ингибитор биологической коррозии по п.1, причем биологическая коррозия вызывается по меньшей мере одним микроорганизмом, выбранным из сульфатвосстанавливающих бактерий, нитратвосстанавливающих бактерий, метанообразующих бактерий, иодидокисляющих бактерий, железоокисляющих бактерий, и сероокисляющих бактерий.
3. Ингибитор биологической коррозии по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий одно или более из соединения, описываемого следующей формулой (1), и соединения, описываемого следующей формулой (2):
в которой R1 и R2, каждая независимо, представляют алкильную группу, имеющую от 1 до 6 атомов углерода, или соединены между собой с образованием алкиленовой группы, имеющей от 2 до 7 атомов углерода; и
в которой R1 и R2 являются такими, как определено выше, и R3 и R4, каждая независимо, представляют алкильную группу, имеющую от 1 до 6 атомов углерода, или соединены между собой с образованием алкиленовой группы, имеющей от 2 до 7 атомов углерода.
4. Ингибитор биологической коррозии по п. 1 или 2, который находится в форме водной жидкости, имеющей общую концентрацию действующих ингредиентов в диапазоне от 0,01 млн-1 до 3000 млн-1.
5. Ингибитор биологической коррозии по п. 1 или 2, причем металл представляет собой железо.
6. Способ получения ингибитора коррозии металлов по п. 1 или 2, который включает приведение одного или более из соединения, описываемого следующей формулой (1), и соединения, описываемого следующей формулой (2), в контакт с водой для генерирования тем самым 3-метилглутарового альдегида:
в которой R1 и R2, каждая независимо, представляют алкильную группу, имеющую от 1 до 6 атомов углерода, или соединены между собой с образованием алкиленовой группы, имеющей от 2 до 7 атомов углерода; и
в которой R1 и R2 являются такими, как определено выше, и R3 и R4, каждая независимо, представляют алкильную группу, имеющую от 1 до 6 атомов углерода, или соединены между собой с образованием алкиленовой группы, имеющей от 2 до 7 атомов углерода.
7. Способ получения ингибитора коррозии металлов по п.6, в котором допускается возможность совместного присутствия кислоты.
8. Способ подавления биологической коррозии металла, который включает применение ингибитора биологической коррозии по п. 1 или 2.
