Claims (12)
1. Устройство для нанесения покрытия из предназначенной для этого жидкой суспензии (113) на подложки (121), предназначенные для изготовления каталитических нейтрализаторов отработавших газов, в частности для механических транспортных средств, представляющие собой цилиндрические корпуса-носители и имеющие по две торцевые поверхности, боковую поверхность, осевую длину L и множество каналов, проходящих от первой торцевой поверхности до второй торцевой поверхности, содержащее:
- камеру (100) для нанесения покрытия, выполненную с возможностью установки в нее сверху и герметичного присоединения к ней подложки (121) и с возможностью поступления в нее снизу суспензии (113) для нанесения покрытия,
- систему для контроля высоты поверхности суспензии внутри камеры (100) путем измерения переменной величины, включающую по меньшей мере первый (123) и второй (125) датчики, установленные в камере (100) для нанесения покрытия на одинаковой высоте, и один датчик (124), расположенный в указанной камере ниже них, и выполненную с возможностью измерения указанной переменной величины отдельно посредством указанного нижерасположенного датчика и посредством по меньшей мере первого и второго датчиков и с возможностью сравнения измеренных значений переменной величины между собой.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере первый и второй датчики (123, 125) расположены на максимальном расстоянии друг от друга вокруг камеры (100) для нанесения покрытия.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором переменная величина представляет собой электрическую величину, выбранную из группы, состоящей из тока, емкости и частоты.
4. Устройство по одному из пп. 1-3, в котором система для контроля высоты поверхности суспензии сообщает о том, находится ли задержка между поступлением значений электрической переменной величины ниже заданного значения.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором подложка (121) представляет собой фильтр с проницаемыми стенками каналов или проточный монолитный носитель.
6. Применение устройства по п. 1 для нанесения покрытия на подложки, предназначенные для изготовления каталитических нейтрализаторов отработавших газов, в частности для механических транспортных средств, путем выполнения следующих действий:
- на устройство (122) устанавливают сверху цилиндрический корпус-носитель (121), имеющий две торцевые поверхности, боковую поверхность, осевую длину L и множество каналов, проходящих от первой торцевой поверхности до второй торцевой поверхности;
- герметично присоединяют корпус-носитель (121) к устройству (122);
- в камеру (100) для нанесения покрытия закачивают снизу суспензию (113) для нанесения покрытия, измеряя посредством датчиков (123, 124, 125) переменную величину;
- сигнализируют о выполнении или невыполнении условий для дальнейшего проведения процесса нанесения покрытия.
