Claims (20)
1. Гидравлическое вяжущее, содержащее в массовых процентах:
- от 17 до 55 мас. % портландцемента, частицы которого имеют D50 от 2 мкм до 11 мкм;
- по меньшей мере 5 мас. % микрокремнезема;
- от 36 до 70 мас. % минеральной добавки А1, частицы которой имеют D50 от 15 до 150 мкм; где:
сумма этих процентов составляет от 80 до 100%;
сумма процентного содержания цемента и микрокремнезема составляет более 28%;
минеральная добавка А1 выбрана из шлаков, пуццолановых добавок или кремнистых добавок, таких как кварц, минеральных добавок кремнистого известняка, добавок известняка, таких как карбонат кальция, или их смесей.
2. Гидравлическое вяжущее по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что цемент представляет собой цемент СЕМ I.
3. Гидравлическое вяжущее по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит сульфат кальция.
4. Гидравлическое вяжущее по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что частицы цемента имеют D90 от 8 мкм до 25 мкм.
5. Смесь, содержащая в процентах по объему по меньшей мере 45% гидравлического вяжущего по любому из п.п. 1-4 и по меньшей мере 30% песка, где сумма этих процентов составляет от 95 до 100%.
6. Смесь по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит песок, частицы которого имеют D10 от 100 мкм до 1 мм, D50 от 200 мкм до 3 мм и D90 от 300 мкм до 5 мм.
7. Смесь по п. 5 или 6, отличающаяся тем, что песок представляет собой кремнистый песок, кальцинированный бокситовый песок, песок кремнистого известняка, известняковый песок или их смеси.
8. Гидравлическая композиция, содержащая в объеме 1 м3, за исключением захваченного воздуха и волокон:
- от 155 до 205 литров воды;
- по меньшей мере 770 литров смеси по любому из пп. 5-7; где
сумма объемов этих двух компонентов составляет от 950 до 1000 литров.
9. Гидравлическая композиция по п. 8, содержащая пеногаситель.
10. Гидравлическая композиция по п. 8 или 9, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит минеральные, органические или металлические волокна, или их смесь.
11. Фасонное изделие для строительной отрасли, содержащее гидравлическое вяжущее по любому из пп. 1-4 или смесь по любому из пп. 5-7.
