本发明公开了一种高性能水泥,由以下原料按照重量百分比组成:石膏2%,硼砂0.5%,矿物掺合料15%,硫铝盐酸水泥82.5%;所述矿物掺合料按照组份组成:花岗岩石粉8重量份;天然砂60重量份,水泥熟料20重量份,硅灰15重量份,石灰石粉15重量份,粉煤灰15重量份。本发明能有效提高水泥的抗压强度和早期强度,同时充分利用了工业废渣,大大降低了生产成本,有效改善硫铝盐酸水泥的性能。

本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种早强高性能水泥。
背景技术
水泥,是粉状水硬性无机胶凝材料,其加水搅拌后成浆体,能在空气中硬化或者在水中更好的硬化,并能把砂、石等材料牢固地胶结在一起,广泛应用于土木建筑、水利、国防等工程。硫铝盐酸水泥是一种高效特种水泥,具有高性能,早强,高强,低碱性,耐腐蚀等特点,但也存在早起水化热高,凝结时间果断,后期强度有不同程度的倒缩等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种硫铝盐酸水泥,以解决硫铝酸盐水泥存在的问题。
一种高性能水泥,由以下原料按照重量百分比组成:石膏2%,硼砂0.5%,矿物掺合料15%,硫铝盐酸水泥82.5%;
所述矿物掺合料由以下组份组成:花岗岩石粉8重量份;天然砂60重量份,水泥熟料20重量份,硅灰15重量份,石灰石粉15重量份,粉煤灰15重量份。
本发明有益效果:
本发明能有效提高水泥的抗压强度和早期强度,同时充分利用了工业废渣,大大降低了生产成本,有效改善硫铝盐酸水泥的性能。
