Claims (42)
1. Картридж для устройства доставки аэрозоля, содержащий: наружный корпус;
направитель потока, соединенный с наружным корпусом, основание, соединенное с направителем потока; и
атомайзер, размещенный внутри наружного корпуса;
причем
направитель потока и наружный корпус образуют отсек резервуара,
направитель потока и основание образуют отсек электронных средств, а
атомайзер расположен в отсеке резервуара.
2. Картридж по п. 1, в котором основание образует деформируемый выступ, выполненный с возможностью уплотнения относительно внутренней поверхности наружного корпуса.
3. Картридж по п. 1, в котором направитель потока образует деформируемый выступ, выполненный с возможностью уплотнения относительно внутренней поверхности наружного корпуса.
4. Картридж по п. 1, в котором направитель потока соединен сваркой с одним или обоими из наружного корпуса и основания.
5. Картридж по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащий подложку резервуара в отсеке резервуара.
6. Картридж по п. 5, в котором подложка резервуара частично обернута вокруг направителя потока таким образом, что между его первым и вторым концами образован зазор.
7. Картридж по п. 5, в котором подложка резервуара по меньшей мере частично обернута вокруг направителя потока и взаимодействует с множеством выступов, образованных направителем потока и проходящих из него.
8. Картридж по п. 5, в котором направитель потока образует выемку, образующую канал между направителем потока и подложкой резервуара.
9. Картридж по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один контакт нагревателя, отформованный в направителе потока и проходящий к соединительному концу основания.
10. Картридж по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащий электронный управляющий компонент, расположенный внутри отсека электронных средств, и контакт управляющего компонента, проходящий от электронного управляющего компонента к соединительному концу основания.
11. Картридж по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащий одноходовой клапан, выполненный с возможностью препятствования потоку воздуха, протекающего от направителя потока через основание.
12. Картридж по п. 11, в котором одноходовой клапан выбран из группы, состоящей из откидного клапана и трехходового клапана.
13. Картридж по п. 11, в котором одноходовой клапан расположен в отсеке электронных средств.
14. Картридж по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащий мундштук, соединенный с наружным корпусом в его конце, противоположном основанию.
15. Картридж по п. 14, в котором мундштук образует удлиненную часть, выполненную с возможностью уменьшения пустого объема внутри наружного корпуса.
16. Картридж по п. 14, в котором между мундштуком и атомайзером расположена распорка, выполненная с возможностью уменьшения пустого объема внутри наружного корпуса.
17. Картридж по п. 14, в котором мундштук содержит выступ, образующий канал, причем выступ и канал проходят вокруг отверстия, образованного сквозь мундштук.
18. Способ сборки картриджа для устройства доставки аэрозоля, включающий в себя:
соединение основания с направителем потока таким образом, что направитель потока и основание образуют отсек электронных средств;
размещение атомайзера внутри наружного корпуса;
соединение наружного корпуса с направителем потока таким образом, что наружный корпус и направитель потока образуют отсек резервуара, причем
атомайзер расположен в отсеке резервуара.
19. Способ по п. 18, согласно которому соединение наружного корпуса с направителем потока включает в себя деформирование деформируемого выступа направителя потока при взаимодействии с внутренней поверхностью наружного корпуса.
20. Способ по п. 18, согласно которому соединение наружного корпуса с направителем потока включает в себя соединение сваркой наружного корпуса с направителем потока.
21. Способ по п. 18, дополнительно включающий в себя соединение наружного корпуса с основанием, причем соединение наружного корпуса с основанием включает в себя деформирование деформируемого выступа основания при взаимодействии с внутренней поверхностью наружного корпуса.
22. Способ по п. 18, согласно которому соединение основания с направителем потока включает в себя соединение сваркой основания с направителем потока.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 18-22, дополнительно включающий в себя обертывание подложки резервуара, выполненной с возможностью сохранения композиции прекурсора аэрозоля, по меньшей мере частично вокруг направителя потока; и
размещение подложки резервуара внутри отсека резервуара.
24. Способ по п. 23, согласно которому обертывание подложки резервуара по меньшей мере частично вокруг направителя потока включает в себя взаимодействие подложки резервуара с множеством выступов, образованных направителем потока и проходящих из него.
25. Способ по п. 23, согласно которому обертывание подложки резервуара по меньшей мере частично вокруг направителя потока включает в себя обертывание подложки резервуара частично вокруг направителя потока таким образом, что между его первым и вторым концами образуется зазор.
26. Способ по п. 23, согласно которому обертывание подложки резервуара по меньшей мере частично вокруг направителя потока включает в себя формирование канала между направителем потока и подложкой резервуара в вырезе, образованном в направителе потока.
27. Способ по п. 23, дополнительно включающий в себя заполнение подложки резервуара композицией прекурсора аэрозоля путем направления композиции прекурсора аэрозоля по меньшей мере в одно из зазора между первым и вторым концами подложки резервуара и канала между направителем потока и подложкой резервуара в вырезе, образованном в направителе потока.
28. Способ по любому из пп. 18-22, дополнительно включающий в себя формование по меньшей мере одного контакта нагревателя в направителе потока.
29. Способ по любому из пп. 18-22, дополнительно включающий в себя размещение электронного управляющего компонента в отсеке электронных средств; и
соединение контакта управляющего компонента с электронным управляющим компонентом.
30. Способ по любому из пп. 18-22, дополнительно включающий в себя соединение одноходового клапана с основанием, причем указанный одноходовой клапан выполнен с возможностью препятствования потоку воздуха, протекающего от направителя потока через основание.
