Claims (21)
1. Согревающая накладка, содержащая:
набор нагревательных пластин; и
множество растяжимых проводников, соединяющих каждую из набора нагревательных пластин с соседними нагревательными пластинами.
2. Согревающая накладка по п. 1, в которой набор нагревательных пластин подсоединен между множеством контактных пластин.
3. Согревающая накладка по п. 1 или 2, в которой множество контактных пластин соединены с соседними нагревательными пластинами с помощью растяжимых проводников.
4. Согревающая накладка по любому из пп. 1-3, дополнительно содержащая батарею.
5. Согревающая накладка по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащая гибкий микроконтроллер.
6. Согревающая накладка по любому из пп. 1-5, дополнительно содержащая беспроводной приемопередатчик, выполненный с возможностью связи с мобильным вычислительным устройством.
7. Согревающая накладка по п. 6, в которой беспроводной приемопередатчик представляет собой приемопередатчик Bluetooth.
8. Согревающая накладка по п. 6, в которой мобильное вычислительное устройство представляет собой смартфон.
9. Способ, включающий:
формирование маски на полимерном слое, причем данная маска образует согревающую накладку;
травление полимерного слоя;
осаждение проводящего материала для формирования растяжимых проводников согревающей накладки; и
парофазное травление для освобождения согревающей накладки.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором маска представляет собой алюминиевую маску.
11. Способ по п. 9 или 10, в котором полимерный слой представляет собой слой полиимида (ПИ).
12. Способ по любому из пп. 9-11, в котором проводящий материал представляет собой металл, предпочтительно медь, никель, хром, олово, серебро, платину или металлический сплав.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 9-12, дополнительно содержащий жидкостное травление для удаления маски перед осаждением проводящего материала.
14. Способ по п. 10, дополнительно содержащий осаждение затравочного слоя для осаждения проводящего материала.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 9-14, в котором парофазное травление представляет собой парофазное травление с помощью XeF2.
