Ujawniono sposób przenoszenia warstwy grafenowej z podłoża źródłowego na podłoże docelowe, obejmujący etapy: • zaznaczenia wybranego obszaru warstwy grafenowej na podłożu źródłowym za pomocą wodoodpornego spoiwa w celu uformowania zamkniętej ramki wokół wybranego obszaru, przy czym podłoże źródłowe jest wykonane z metalu, korzystnie miedzi, niklu, platyny, renu, złota lub srebra; • wytrawiania podłoża źródłowego aż do jego całkowitego wytrawienia; • umieszczenia ukształtowanej warstwy grafenowej na podłożu docelowym.
