Claims (24)
1. Гибкая труба (10) с многослойной несвязанной изоляцией для транспортировки абразивного материала, содержащая:
- по меньшей мере одну трубчатую оболочку (20), образующую канал (11) для циркуляции абразивного материала;
- по меньшей мере один упругий армированный слой (34, 36), расположенный снаружи трубчатой оболочки (20) и содержащий множество нитевидных армирующих элементов (44);
отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит внутренний защитный слой (40), расположенный внутри трубчатой оболочки (20) в циркуляционном канале (11), содержащий упругую матрицу (50) и встроенный в упругую матрицу (50) продольный армирующий блок (52).
2. Труба (10) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что продольный армирующий блок (52) содержит множество нитевидных металлических элементов (54), встроенных в матрицу (50).
3. Труба (10) по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что продольный армирующий блок (52) содержит сетку неметаллических армирующих волокон, встроенных в матрицу (50), предпочтительно, техническую ткань.
4. Труба (10) по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что матрица (50) выполнена из эластомера, выбранного из группы, включающей в себя резину, в частности, природный каучук или искусственный каучук, например, стирол-бутадиеновый каучук, бутадиеновый каучук, бутадиен-нитрильный каучук, хлоропреновый каучук, бутилкаучук, каучук на основе сополимера этилена, пропилена и диенового мономера, полиуретановый термопласт, а также эластомерный термопласт.

Труба (10) по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний защитный слой (40) содержит по меньшей мере один лист (60) непрерывного материала, согнутого в трубку таким образом, что боковые кромки (62) листа (60) оказываются обращенными друг к другу, и устройство (66) для соединения боковых кромок (62) листа (60), предпочтительно, с помощью адгезива, скобок, защелкивающегося устройства, обжимного элемента и/или путем обматывания.
6. Труба (10) по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний защитный слой (40) выполнен из непрерывного профиля, предпочтительно, полученного посредством экструдирования.
7. Труба (10) по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что толщина внутреннего защитного слоя (40) больше 10 мм, в частности, составляет от 15 до 30 мм.
8. Труба (10) по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний диаметр внутреннего защитного слоя (40) больше 10 см, в частности, составляет от 15 до 35 см.
9. Труба (10) по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что трубчатая оболочка (20) прикреплена к внутреннему защитному слою (40).
10. Труба (10) по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что ее длина составляет более 10 м.
11. Способ производства гибкой трубы (10) с многослойной несвязанной изоляцией для транспортировки абразивного материала, включающий в себя следующие этапы:
- изготовление по меньшей мере одной трубчатой оболочки (20);
- наложение по меньшей мере одного эластичного армирующего слоя (34, 36), содержащего множество нитевидных армирующих элементов (44), снаружи на трубчатую оболочку (20);
отличающийся тем, что
- устанавливают внутри трубчатой оболочки (20) в циркуляционном канале (11) внутренний защитный слой (40), включающий в себя упругую матрицу (50) и встроенный в указанную упругую матрицу (50) продольный армирующий блок (52).
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что установка внутреннего защитного слоя (40) в трубчатой оболочке (20) выполняется в ходе производства трубчатой оболочки (20), предпочтительно, посредством экструдирования трубчатой оболочки (20) над внутренним защитным слоем (40).
13. Способ по п. 11 или 12, отличающийся тем, что он включает в себя выполнение предварительного этапа производства внутреннего защитного слоя (40), включающего в себя следующие фазы:
- берут лист (60), содержащий упругую матрицу (50) и продольный армирующий блок (52), встроенный в указанную матрицу (50);
- сгибают лист (60) в трубку вокруг оси (А-А') с целью формирования трубчатого внутреннего защитного слоя (40).
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что предварительный этап производства включает в себя, после сгибания листа (60), скрепление боковых кромок (62) листа (60) по направляющей, предпочтительно, с помощью адгезива, скобок, защелкивающегося устройства, обжимного элемента и/или путем обматывания.
15. Применение трубы (10) по п. 1 или 2 для транспортировки абразивного материала от донного узла (16), содержащего устройство (17) для сбора и/или извлечения материала со дна толщи воды (13), к поверхностному узлу (15), расположенному на поверхности толщи воды (13).
