Claims (20)

1. Вращаемое режущее устройство (10) для разрезания полотна материала (12), причем режущее устройство (10) содержит:
опору (14);
режущий блок (12), расположенный с возможностью перемещения на опоре (14);
вращаемый режущий элемент (30), расположенный с возможностью вращения в режущем блоке (12), причем вращаемый режущий элемент (30) имеет продольную ось (38); и
по меньшей мере одну режущую кромку (40), расположенную на вращаемом режущем элементе (30), отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере одна режущая кромка (40) ориентирована под углом (α) к продольной оси (38) вращаемого режущего элемента (30), причем режущий блок (12) ориентирован в противоположном направлении с возможностью регулировки к направлению (F) подачи полотна под регулируемым углом (β).
2. Режущее устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что угол (α) режущей кромки составляет от около 0,5° до около 15°.
3. Режущее устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что полотно материала (26) наклонено относительно продольной оси (38) вращаемого режущего элемента (30).
4. Режущее устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что режущий блок (12) установлен с возможностью вращения на опоре (14) для регулирования ориентации регулируемого угла (β) режущего блока (12) к направлению (F) подачи полотна материала (26).
5. Режущее устройство по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что режущий блок (12) ориентирован в противоположном направлении к продольной оси вращаемого режущего элемента (38) под углом от около 0,5° до около 15°.
6. Режущее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2 и 5, отличающееся тем, что регулируемой угол (β) равен углу (α) режущей кромки, меньше угла (α) режущей кромки или больше угла (α) режущей кромки.
7. Вращаемый режущий блок (12) для разрезания полотна материала (26), причем режущий блок содержит:
раму (16);
вращаемый режущий элемент (30), расположенный с возможностью вращения в раме (16), причем вращаемый режущий элемент имеет продольную ось (38); и
по меньшей мере одну режущую кромку (40), расположенную на вращаемом режущем элементе(30), отличающуюся тем, что по меньшей мере одна режущая кромка (40) ориентирована под углом (α) к продольной оси (38) режущего элемента, причем режущий блок (12) ориентирован в противоположном направлении с возможностью регулировки к направлению (F) подачи полотна материала (26) под регулируемым углом (β).
8. Режущий блок по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что угол (α) режущей кромки составляет от около 0,5° до около 15°.
9. Режущий блок по п. 7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что полотно материала (26) наклонено относительно продольной оси (38) вращаемого режущего элемента (30).
10. Режущий блок по п. 7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что рама (16) установлена с возможностью вращения на опоре (14) вращаемого режущего устройства (10), и направление (F) подачи полотна материала (26) перпендикулярно опоре (14).
11. Режущий блок по п. 7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что режущий блок (12) ориентирован в противоположном направлении к продольной оси (38) вращаемого режущего элемента (30) под регулируемым углом (β), который составляет от около 0,5° до около 15°.
12. Режущее устройство по п. 7 или 8, отличающееся тем, что регулируемой угол (β) равен углу (α) режущей кромки, меньше угла (α) режущей кромки или больше угла (α) режущей кромки.
13. Способ разрезания профиля из полотна материала (26) с использованием вращаемого режущего блока (12) по любому из пп. 7-12.
