Description
Claims (13)
- ウェブ材料(26)を切断する回転切断装置(10)であって、
支持部(14)と、
前記支持部(14)に移動可能に設けられた切断ユニット(12)と、
前記切断ユニット(12)に回転可能に設けられ、縦軸(38)を有する回転カッター(30)と、
前記回転カッター(30)に設けられた少なくとも1つの刃先(40)と
を備え、前記少なくとも1つの刃先(40)が、前記回転カッター(30)の前記縦軸(38)に対して角度(α)を成して配向され、前記切断ユニット(12)が、前記ウェブ材料の送り方向(F)に対して可変角度(β)で調整可能に逆配向されており、前記切断ユニット(12)が、前記支持部(14)に取り付けられた各支柱(24)を収容する湾曲したスロット(22)をそれぞれ備える一対の対向する側部(20)を有する基部(18)を有し、前記支柱(24)が前記スロット(22)の内部で摺動することで前記切断ユニット(12)が前記支持部(14)に対して回転できるようになっていることを特徴とする、回転切断装置(10)。 - 前記刃先の前記角度(α)が、約0.5°から約15°までの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回転切断装置。
- 前記ウェブ材料(26)が、前記回転カッター(30)の前記縦軸(38)に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の回転切断装置。
- 前記ウェブ材料(26)の前記送り方向(F)に対する前記切断ユニット(12)の前記可変角度(β)での配向を調整するために、前記切断ユニット(12)は前記支持部(14)に回転可能に取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の回転切断装置。
- 前記切断ユニット(12)が、前記回転カッターの前記縦軸(38)に対して約0.5°から約15°までの範囲で逆配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の回転切断装置。
- 前記可変角度(β)が、前記刃先の前記角度(α)と等価であるか、前記刃先の前記角度(α)より小さいか、または前記刃先の前記角度(α)より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の回転切断装置。
- ウェブ材料(26)を切断する回転切断ユニット(12)であって、
フレーム(16)と、
前記フレーム(16)に回転可能に設けられ、縦軸(38)を有する回転カッター(30)と、
前記回転カッター(30)に設けられた少なくとも1つの刃先(40)と
を備え、前記少なくとも1つの刃先(40)が、前記回転カッターの前記縦軸(38)に対して角度(α)を成して配向され、前記回転切断ユニット(12)が、前記ウェブ材料(26)の送り方向(F)に対して可変角度(β)で調整可能に逆配向されており、前記切断ユニット(12)が、支持部(14)に取り付けられた各支柱(24)を収容する湾曲したスロット(22)をそれぞれ備える一対の対向する側部(20)を有する基部(18)を有し、前記支柱(24)が前記スロット(22)の内部で摺動することで前記切断ユニット(12)が前記支持部(14)に対して回転できるようになっていることを特徴とする、回転切断ユニット。 - 前記刃先の前記角度(α)が、約0.5°から約15°までの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の回転切断ユニット。
- 前記ウェブ材料(26)が、前記回転カッター(30)の前記縦軸(38)に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の回転切断ユニット。
- 前記フレーム(16)が、回転切断装置(10)の支持部(14)に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記ウェブ材料(26)の前記送り方向(F)が、前記支持部(14)に対して垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の回転切断ユニット。
- 前記切断ユニット(12)が、前記回転カッター(30)の前記縦軸(38)に対して、約0.5°から約15°までの範囲である前記可変角度(β)で逆配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の回転切断ユニット。
- 前記可変角度(β)が、前記刃先の前記角度(α)と等価であるか、前記刃先の前記角度(α)より小さいか、または前記刃先の前記角度(α)より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項7から11のいずれか一項に記載の回転切断ユニット。
- 請求項7から12のいずれか一項に記載の回転切断ユニット(12)を使用して、ウェブ材料(26)から形状を切断する方法。
