一种辊式剪边机,包括主动传动轴、从动传动轴,主动传动轴两端分别通过第一轴承、第二轴承安装在第一轴承座、第二轴承座上。从动传动轴两端分别通过第三轴承、第四轴承安装在第一轴承座、第二轴承座上。主动传动轴上安装有上刀片,从动传动轴上安装有下刀片,所述上刀片与所述下刀片位置对应。主动传动轴上安装有链轮、齿轮,所述链轮通过链条连接减速机,从动传动轴上设置有齿轮,从动传动轴通过齿轮与主动传动轴上齿轮配合后相对转动。本发明一种辊式剪边机,采用剪刀式原理而设计两刀片相对式转动对石墨纸进行剪边,无论是对厚石墨纸或者超薄石墨纸,剪边质量良好,该剪边机还可以根据客户要求对设备调节后可做出不同宽幅的石墨纸产品。

一种辊式剪边机
技术领域
本发明一种辊式剪边机,涉及石墨纸制造领域。
背景技术
现有技术中的剪边机,采用单边传动剪边石墨纸,传动机构选用小电动机,转速在1440r/min,剪刀片是采用的0.3mm锯齿式刀片,此刀片在切割石墨厚纸时效果很好。但是在切割超薄石墨纸,尤其是厚度在0.1mm以下石墨纸时,会出现缺边和有毛糙现象,导致收卷时,石墨纸边缘不整齐,切过边后在后续碾压过程中会出现纸断裂现象。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种辊式剪边机,采用剪刀式原理而设计两刀片相对式转动对石墨纸进行剪边,刀片转动的速度与石墨纸运行的速度基本同步,无论是对厚石墨纸或者超薄石墨纸,剪边质量良好,该剪边机还可以根据客户要求对设备调节后可做出不同宽幅的石墨纸产品。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种辊式剪边机,包括主动传动轴、从动传动轴,主动传动轴两端分别通过第一轴承、第二轴承安装在第一轴承座、第二轴承座上。从动传动轴两端分别通过第三轴承、第四轴承安装在第一轴承座、第二轴承座上。主动传动轴上安装有上刀片,从动传动轴上安装有下刀片,所述上刀片与所述下刀片位置对应。主动传动轴上安装有链轮、齿轮,所述链轮通过链条连接减速机,从动传动轴上设置有齿轮,从动传动轴通过齿轮与主动传动轴上齿轮配合后相对转动。
所述主动传动轴上左右两侧分别通过第一锁紧螺母、第二锁紧螺母固定安装有第一上刀片,第二上刀片。所述从动传动轴上左右两侧分别通过第三锁紧螺母、第四锁紧螺母固定安装有第一下刀片,第二下刀片。第一上刀片与第一下刀片位置对应,第二上刀片与第二下刀片 位置对应。
所述第一上刀片、第二上刀片、第一下刀片、第二下刀片均通过弹垫与锁紧螺母锁紧固定。
所述第一轴承座、第二轴承座底部均设有固定板,固定板上开设有长孔槽。
所述主动传动轴、从动传动轴均设有螺距。
本发明一种辊式剪边机,技术效果如下:
1)、主动传动轴、从动传动轴上有设有螺距,可用螺母进行调节,做出各种宽幅规格的石墨纸。
2)、轴承座底部的固定板上有长孔槽,通过螺栓也可对剪边机整体式进行几毫米左右微调。
3)、采用剪刀式原理而设计两刀片相对式转动对石墨纸进行剪边,刀片转动的速度与石墨纸运行的速度基本同步。
4)、刀片通过弹垫与锁紧螺母锁紧固定,有效防止刀片松动。
5)、该辊刀式剪边机比超薄齿式锯片剪边机效果更好,特别是对超薄石墨纸制造中,不再出现石墨纸缺边及石墨纸边缘有毛糙现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种辊式剪边机,该辊式剪边机通过支架焊接固定在石墨纸碾压装置工作平台上。本发明一种辊式剪边机,包括主动传动轴1、从动传动轴2,主动传动轴1两端分别通过第一轴承2’、第二轴承2’ ’安装在第一轴承座3、第二轴承座3’上。从动传动轴2两端分别通过第三轴承4、第四轴承4’安装在第一轴承座3、第二轴承座3’上。主动传动轴1上安装有上刀片,从动传动轴2上安装有下刀片,所述上刀片与所述下刀片位置对应。主动传动轴1上安装有链轮、齿轮,所述链轮通过链条连接减速机5,从动传动轴2上设置有齿轮,从动传动轴2通过齿轮与主动传动轴1上齿轮配合后相对转动,像剪刀式的对石墨纸12进行剪边。
优选的:所述主动传动轴1上左右两侧分别通过第一锁紧螺母6、第二锁紧螺母6’固定安装有第一上刀片7,第二上刀片7’。所述从动传动轴2上左右两侧分别通过第三锁紧螺母8、第四锁紧螺母8’固定安装有第一下刀片9,第二下刀片9’。第一上刀片7与第一下刀片9位置对应,第二上刀片7’与第二下刀片9’ 位置对应。
所述第一上刀片7、第二上刀片7’、第一下刀片9、第二下刀片9’均通过弹垫10与锁紧螺母锁紧固定。
所述第一轴承座3、第二轴承座3’底部均设有固定板,固定板上开设有长孔槽11。通过螺栓也可对剪边机整体式进行几毫米左右微调,调整轴承座底座一般是在做石墨纸调试情况下进行快速调节,达到最佳状态。
所述主动传动轴1、从动传动轴2均设有螺距,可用螺母进行调节,可做出各种宽幅规格的石墨纸,材质选用45#。

1.一种辊式剪边机,包括主动传动轴(1)、从动传动轴(2),其特征在于,主动传动轴(1)两端分别通过第一轴承(2’)、第二轴承(2’ ’)安装在第一轴承座(3)、第二轴承座(3’)上;从动传动轴(2)两端分别通过第三轴承(4)、第四轴承(4’)安装在第一轴承座(3)、第二轴承座(3’)上;主动传动轴(1)上安装有上刀片,从动传动轴(2)上安装有下刀片,所述上刀片与所述下刀片位置对应;主动传动轴(1)上安装有链轮、齿轮,所述链轮通过链条连接减速机(5),从动传动轴(2)上设置有齿轮,从动传动轴(2)通过齿轮与主动传动轴(1)上齿轮配合后相对转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种辊式剪边机,其特征在于,所述主动传动轴(1)上左右两侧分别通过第一锁紧螺母(6)、第二锁紧螺母(6’)固定安装有第一上刀片(7),第二上刀片(7’);所述从动传动轴(2)上左右两侧分别通过第三锁紧螺母(8)、第四锁紧螺母(8’)固定安装有第一下刀片(9),第二下刀片(9’);第一上刀片(7)与第一下刀片(9)位置对应,第二上刀片(7’)与第二下刀片(9’) 位置对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种辊式剪边机,其特征在于,所述第一上刀片(7),第二上刀片(7’)、第一下刀片(9),第二下刀片(9’)均通过弹垫(10)与锁紧螺母锁紧固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种辊式剪边机,其特征在于,所述第一轴承座(3)、第二轴承座(3’)底部均设有固定板,固定板上开设有长孔槽(11)。
