Abstract
Máquina de corte de perfiles tubulares (1) con un dispositivo de corte (2) y con un dispositivo de sujeción (3) por medio del cual un tubo puede sujetarse de manera centrada en un eje longitudinal que se extiende en horizontal (5) y puede hacerse rotar alrededor del eje longitudinal (5), con un mecanismo de avance (10), por medio del cual el tubo y/o el dispositivo de corte (2) pueden desplazarse en paralelo al eje longitudinal (5) el uno con respecto al otro, con un accionamiento vertical (11), por medio del cual el dispositivo de corte (2) puede desplazarse en un eje de altura que se extiende en vertical (12), con un accionamiento giratorio (13), por medio del cual el dispositivo de corte (2) puede hacerse girar alrededor del eje de altura (12), con un cabezal de corte (14) en el dispositivo de corte (2) y con un accionamiento pivotante (15), por medio del cual el cabezal de corte (14) puede hacerse pivotar alrededor de un eje de pivote horizontal (16), y con un accionamiento de bloqueo (18), por medio del cual el cabezal de corte (14) puede bloquearse en una dirección de haz (17), en la que, mediante la rotación del dispositivo de sujeción (3) y por medio del mecanismo de avance (10), del accionamiento vertical (11), del accionamiento giratorio (13), del accionamiento pivotante (15) y del accionamiento de bloqueo (18), el cabezal de corte (14) puede desplazarse con respecto al tubo de tal manera que un haz de corte que penetra en la dirección de haz (17) desde el cabezal de corte (14) corta un contorno en el tubo. También se da a conocer un procedimiento para cortar un contorno por medio de una máquina de corte de perfiles tubulares (1) de este tipo.
