Claims (15)
1. Герметизирующая композиция, содержащая поливинилхлоридную смолу, полые стеклянные микросферы с обработанной поверхностью, и пластификатор; доля полых стеклянных микросфер в герметизирующей композиции от 30 до 60% по объему.
2. Герметизирующая композиция по п. 1, где относительная масса пластификатора по отношению к поливинилхлоридной смоле (масса пластификатора/масса поливинилхлоридной смолы) составляет от 0,8 до 5.
3. Герметизирующая композиция по п. 1 или 2, где обработанная поверхность представляет собой поверхность, обработанную аминосиланом.
4. Герметизирующая композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, где герметизирующая композиция содержит от 40% (объемных) до 60% (объемных) полых стеклянных микросфер.
5. Герметизирующая композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где пластификатором является как минимум один, выбранный из группы, включающей в себя фталатные эфиры, эфиры неароматической двухосновной кислоты и фосфатные эфиры.
6. Герметизирующая композиция по п. 5, где пластификатор включает в себя фталатный эфир.
7. Герметизирующая композиция по п. 6, где пластификатор включает в себя диоктил фталат.
8. Герметизирующая композиция по любому из пп. 1-7, где вязкость на сдвиговой скорости 60 с-1 находится в диапазоне от 4 Па-с до 50 Па-с.
9. Герметизирующая композиция по любому из пп. 1-8, где прочность на разрыв отвержденного продукта составляет 0,4 МПа или более.
10. Герметизирующая композиция по любому из пп. 1-9, где герметизирующая композиция используется в автомобильных красках.
11. Способ изготовления герметизирующей композиции по любому из пп. 1-10, включающий:
обработку поверхностей полых стеклянных микросфер силановым соединением, и
смешивание полых стеклянных микросфер с обработанной поверхностью с поливинилхлоридной смолой и пластификатором.
12. Способ по п. 11, где силановое соединение содержит аминосилан.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 11 или 12, где обработка поверхности полых стеклянных микросфер выполняется с использованием 0,25% (массовых) или более силанового соединения.
