Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de impregnación de un sustrato fibroso constituido de fibras largas por una mezcla (met) acrílica líquida que contiene principalmente componentes metacrílicos y/o acrílicos. La invención se refiere igualmente a una mezcla (met) acrílica de este tipo y a una mezcla (met) acrílica de este tipo y a su composición, la mezcla metacrílica comprende un jarabe (met) acrílico y una dispersión acuosa de iniciador radical. La invención se refiere además a un proceso de fabricación de piezas mecánicas o de elementos estructurados o de artículos de material compuesto por impregnación del sustrato fibroso con la mezcla (met) acrílica, luego la polimerización de la mezcla (met) acrílica, así como tales piezas obtenidas de acuerdo al proceso de fabricación, y utilizadas en dominios variados tales como los automóviles, la aeronáutica e incluso en edificios.
