Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition liquide comprenant un monomère, un polymère (méth) acrylique et un polymère à phases multiples. En particulier, la présente invention concerne une composition liquide comprenant un monomère, un polymère (méth) acrylique et un polymère à phases multiples qui peuvent être utilisés en tant que sirop et spécialement en tant que sirop pour imprégnation et pour la préparation de, ou pour renforcer la résistance aux chocs d'un matériau thermoplastique obtenu après polymérisation du sirop. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel sirop. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'imprégnation d'un substrat fibreux de fibres longues avec ledit sirop liquide visqueux. L'invention concerne également un substrat fibreux préimprégné avec ledit sirop qui est utile pour la fabrication de pièces composites. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'une composition liquide comprenant un monomère (méth) acrylique, un polymère (méth) acrylique et un polymère à phases multiples.
