Claims (23)
1. Пленка, содержащая:
а) по меньшей мере, один базовый слой, содержащий термопластичный полимерный материал матрицы; а также
б) поверхностный слой, содержащий термопластичный полимерный материал матрицы и от 5 до 80 вес.% полимерных частиц, имеющих средний диаметр частиц от 0,5 до 15 мкм, показатель преломления от 1,46 до 1,7, и, по меньшей мере, 60 мол.% акриловых мономерных групп,
при этом пленка растягивается с коэффициентом от 2 до 8 одноосно или двухосно;
и после растяжения, поверхностный слой имеет толщину, которая составляет от 50% до 200% от диаметра полимерных частиц.
2. Пленка по п.1, в которой термопластичный полимерный материал матрицы содержит, по меньшей мере, один полиолефин.
3. Пленка по п.2, в которой полиолефин выбран из группы, состоящей из полипропилена, полиэтилена, полибутилена, сополимеров и их смесей.
4. Пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой полимерные частицы имеют непрерывный градиент показателя преломления.
5. Пленка по п.4, в которой полимерные частицы имеют показатель преломления на поверхности от 1,46 до 1,7 и показатель преломления в центре от 1,45 до 1,53.
6. Пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором частицы полимера имеют средний диаметр частиц в диапазоне от 0,5 до 10 мкм.
7. Пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором суммарная толщина основного слоя (слоев), по меньшей мере, в 2 раза больше, чем у поверхностного слоя после растяжения.
8. Пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором полимерные частицы содержат, по меньшей мере, 70 мол.% акриловых и стирольных мономерных групп.
9. Пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором пленка имеет мутность в диапазоне от 40% до 99% после растяжения.
10. Пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором пленка имеет коэффициент пропускания в диапазоне от 85% до 98% после растяжения.
11. Способ получения пленки, содержащий:
а) получение концентрата, содержащего
I) термопластичный полимерный материал матрицы; а также
II) полимерные частицы, имеющие средний диаметр частиц от 0,5 мкм до 15 мкм, показатель преломления от 1,46 до 1,7 и, по меньшей мере, 60 мол.% акриловых мономерных групп;
b) формирование литой многослойной пленки или пленки, получаемая экструзией с раздувом, где пленка содержит, по меньшей мере, два слоя и при этом наружный слой содержит концентрат стадии а); а также
c) растяжение пленки при температуре выше температуры кристаллизации термопластичного полимерного матричного материала, одноосно или двухосно.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором термопластичный полимерный материал матрицы внешнего слоя является таким же или может отличаться от термопластичного полимерного материала любых других слоев.
13. Журнальная или книжная обложка, изготовленная с использованием пленки по любому из пп. 1-10.
14. Упаковка пищевой продукции, изготовленная с использованием пленки по любому из пп. 1-10.
