Claims (13)
1. Электрический соединитель (102), содержащий:
корпус (108), имеющий множество каналов (228) для клемм, простирающихся от задней стороны (112) к передней стороне (110) корпуса, причем конфигурация передней стороны корпуса обеспечивает сопряжение с ответным соединителем (104);
клеммы (204), погруженные в соответствующие каналы для клемм с задней стороны корпуса, причем клеммы простираются вдоль оси (208) клеммы между ответным концом (210) и подключаемым концом (212), причем подключаемый конец включает в себя, по меньшей мере, один лепесток (226), который выступает радиально наружу от оси клеммы; и
вкладыш (202), сочлененный с задней стороной корпуса, при этом вкладыш включает в себя множество зубцов (274), заключаемых в соответствующие каналы для клемм, при этом, когда одна из клемм не полностью погружена в канал для клеммы, соответствующий зубец вводится в контакт с упомянутым, по меньшей мере, одним или более лепестками и принудительно перемещает клемму дальше в канал для клеммы.
2. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.1, в котором упомянутый, по меньшей мере, один лепесток (226) находится в крайней задней точке подключаемого конца (212).
3. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.1, в котором подключаемый конец (212) включает в себя обжимную втулку (222) изоляции, конфигурация которой обеспечивает обжатие на конец (216) кабеля (206).
4. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.1, в котором клеммы (204) имеют множество лепестков (226) на подключаемом конце (212), причем соответствующий зубец (274) вкладыша (202) вводится в контакт, по меньшей мере, с двумя из лепестков клеммы, которая не полностью погружена в канал (228) для клеммы.
5. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.1, в котором вкладыш (202) включает в себя первую защелку (260) на первой боковой стороне (256) вкладыша и вторую защелку (262) на противоположной второй боковой стороне (258) вкладыша, причем первая и вторая защелки сочленены с соответствующими первым и вторым боковыми притворами (244, 246), простирающимися вдоль соответствующих первой и второй боковых сторон (240, 242) корпуса (108).
6. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.5, в котором вкладыш (202) включает в себя третью защелку (266), расположенную вдоль первого конца (264) вкладыша между первой и второй боковыми сторонами (240, 242), причем третья защелка сочленена, по меньшей мере, с одним из верхнего притвора (252) и нижнего притвора (254) корпуса (108).
7. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.1, в котором каналы (228) для клемм выровнены в первом ряду (248) и втором ряду (250), причем вкладыш (202) ограничивает первый вкладыш (202A), сочлененный с корпусом (108) таким образом, что соответствующие зубцы (274) попадают в каналы для клемм первого ряда, и электрический соединитель дополнительно содержит второй вкладыш (202B), сочлененный с корпусом (108) таким образом, что соответствующие зубцы (274) попадают в каналы для клемм второго ряда.
8. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.7, в котором первый ряд (248) находится вблизи верхней стороны (236) корпуса (108), а второй ряд (250) находится вблизи нижней стороны (238) корпуса, при этом зубцы (274) первого вкладыша (202A) расположены позади одного или нескольких верхних лепестков (226A) клемм (204), а зубцы второго вкладыша (202B) расположены позади одного или более нижних лепестков (226B) клемм.
9. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.8, в котором первый вкладыш (202A) расположен над кабелями (206), простирающимися от соответствующих клемм (204) в первом ряду (248), а второй вкладыш (202B) расположен под кабелями, простирающимися от соответствующих клемм во втором ряду (250), так что кабели находятся между первым и вторым вкладышами.
10. Электрический соединитель (102) по п.1, в котором конфигурация упомянутого, по меньшей мере, одного лепестка обеспечивает его заключение сквозь отверстие (304) задней стороны канала (228) для клеммы с просветом между упомянутым, по меньшей мере, одним лепестком и внутренней стенкой (234) канала для клеммы, что предотвращает возможность прохождения соответствующего зубца (274) вкладыша (202) мимо упомянутого, по меньшей мере, одного лепестка вдоль внутренней стенки.
