Claims (13)
1. Режущий инструмент с износостойким покрытием, содержащий подложку и сформированный на поверхности этой подложки слой покрытия, причем
слой покрытия содержит слой α-оксида алюминия,
величина остаточного напряжения в слое α-оксида алюминия в плоскости (116) больше 0, а
величина остаточного напряжения в слое α-оксида алюминия в плоскости (012) меньше 0.
2. Режущий инструмент с износостойким покрытием по п. 1, в котором
величина остаточного напряжения в слое α-оксида алюминия в плоскости (116) принята за А, где 20≤А≤500 МПа, а
величина остаточного напряжения в слое α-оксида алюминия в плоскости (012) принята за В, где -800≤В≤-100 МПа.
3. Режущий инструмент с износостойким покрытием по п. 1 или 2, в котором величина остаточного напряжения является величиной, измеренной методом sin2ψ.
4. Режущий инструмент с износостойким покрытием по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором средняя толщина слоя α-оксида алюминия составляет 1-15 мкм.
5. Режущий инструмент с износостойким покрытием по любому из пп. 1-4, причем этот инструмент дополнительно содержит слой соединения Ti, содержащий соединение элемента Ti и по меньшей мере одного элемента, выбранного из группы, состоящей из C, N, O и B, и этот слой соединения Ti сформирован между подложкой и слоем α-оксида алюминия.
6. Режущий инструмент с износостойким покрытием по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором слой соединения Ti содержит слой TiCN, и атомное отношение C к сумме C и N, содержащихся в слое TiCN, [C/(C+N)], составляет 0,7≤C/(C+N)≤0,9.
7. Режущий инструмент с износостойким покрытием по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором средняя толщина слоя покрытия составляет 3-30 мкм, а средняя толщина слоя соединения Ti составляет 2-15 мкм.
8. Режущий инструмент с износостойким покрытием по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором подложка является твердым сплавом, керметом, керамикой или спеченным телом из кубического нитрида бора.
