Claims (25)
1. Волокнистая заготовка для полой лопатки газотурбинного двигателя, включающая в себя:
первую волокнистую структуру (41), полученную посредством трехмерного тканья и содержащую по меньшей мере одну основную продольную часть (46), подходящую для формирования, по существу, стенки (26) стороны нагнетания аэродинамического профиля (21),
вторую волокнистую структуру (42), полученную посредством трехмерного тканья и содержащую по меньшей мере одну основную продольную часть, подходящую для формирования, по существу, стенки (27) стороны всасывания аэродинамического профиля (21),
причем первая и вторая волокнистые структуры (41, 42) дополнительно содержат, каждая, первую зону (43) соединения, проходящую вдоль переднего края их соответствующей основной продольной части (46, 47), при этом первые зоны выполнены за одно целое друг с другом и образуют первую соединительную часть (43) заготовки (40), и вторую зону (44) соединения, проходящую вдоль заднего края их соответствующей основной продольной части (46, 47), при этом вторые зоны выполнены за одно целое друг с другом и образуют вторую соединительную часть (44) заготовки, и
основные продольные части (46, 47) первой и второй волокнистых структур (41, 42) отделены друг от друга, образуя пространство (50) между указанными основными продольными частями (46), предназначенное для образования полости (30) в аэродинамическом профиле,
отличающаяся тем, что первые зоны (43) соединения первой и второй волокнистых структур (41, 42) выполнены посредством совместного тканья со связыванием, и/или вторые зоны (44) соединения первой и второй волокнистых структур (41, 42) выполнены посредством совместного тканья со связыванием, и
основные продольные части (46) первой и второй волокнистых структур (41, 42) выполнены посредством совместного тканья без связывания.
2. Волокнистая заготовка по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере одна из волокнистых структур (41) дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одну радиальную часть (52, 53), проходящую от нижнего или верхнего края ее основной продольной части (46) и предназначенную для образования полки (22, 23) или крепежного фланца.
3. Волокнистая заготовка по п. 2, в которой по меньшей мере одна из волокнистых структур (41) содержит перекрывающую часть (52m, 52v, 53m, 53v), которая, когда
волокнистая структура (41) находится в плоском состоянии, находится спереди по меньшей мере части первой зоны (43) соединения указанной волокнистой структуры (41) или сзади по меньшей мере части второй зоны (44) соединения указанной волокнистой структуры (42), при этом между указанной перекрывающей частью (52m, 52v, 53m, 53v) и указанной зоной (43, 44) соединения остается пространство (49).
4. Волокнистая заготовка по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой первая и/или вторая соединительные части (43, 44) имеют меньшую ширину в своей нижней и/или верхней части, чем в средней части.
5. Полая лопатка, в частности, задняя лопатка турбины, отличающаяся тем, что выполнена в виде цельной детали из композитного материала из волокнистой заготовки (40) по любому из пп. 1-4, причем указанная заготовка (40) сформована в пресс-форме и заключена в матрицу.
6. Полая лопатка по п. 5, в которой волокнистая заготовка выполнена из волокон из оксидной керамики, предпочтительно, из алюмооксида, муллита, диоксида кремния, или диоксида циркония.
7. Полая лопатка по п. 5 или 6, в которой матрица выполнена из оксидной керамики, предпочтительно, из алюмооксида, муллита, диоксида кремния, или диоксида циркония.
8. Газотурбинный двигатель, отличающийся тем, что содержит полую лопатку (20) по любому из пп. 5-7.
9. Способ изготовления полой лопатки, отличающийся тем, что содержит этапы, на которых:
посредством тканья и вырезания выполняют волокнистую заготовку (40) по любому из пп. 1-4;
складывают и формуют волокнистую заготовку (40) в пресс-форме, обладающей формой требуемой черновой детали (60);
размещают вставку в пространстве (50) между двумя основными продольными частями (46, 47);
нагнетают и обеспечивают затвердевание матрицы вокруг волокнистой заготовки (40) для получения черновой детали (60);
извлекают вставку; и
механически обрабатывают соединительные части (63, 64) черновой детали (60), соответствующие соединительным частям (43, 44) волокнистой заготовки для получения передней или задней кромок (28, 29) окончательной детали (20).
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором во время этапа формования вторую волокнистую структуру (42) изгибают таким образом, чтобы она имела между своими второй (44) и первой (43) зонами соединения по меньшей мере первую вогнутую кривизну, которая предназначена для образования расположенной ниже по потоку части стороны (26) нагнетания лопатки, затем выпуклую кривизну, которая предназначена для образования расположенной выше по потоку части стороны (26) нагнетания лопатки, затем вторую вогнутую кривизну, обеспечивающую соединение с первой волокнистой структурой (41) в первой зоне (43) соединения, при этом дальняя часть первой зоны (43) соединения проходит на стороне всасывания плоскости (С) хорды, определенной передней (28) и задней (29) кромками требуемой окончательной детали (20).
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором этап механической обработки первой соединительной части черновой детали (60), соответствующей первой соединительной части (43) волокнистой заготовки (40), включает в себя обрезание дальней части (63) первой соединительной части и шлифование передней кромки (28) и стенки (27) стороны всасывания.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 9-11, в котором этап механической обработки второй соединительной части черновой детали (60), соответствующей второй соединительной части (44) волокнистой заготовки (40), в основном включает в себя доводку указанной второй соединительной части для получения задней кромки (29).
