Claims (14)
- 中空タービンエンジンベーンのための繊維プリフォームであって、3次元織りによって得られる主要繊維構造を備え、且つ、少なくとも1つの主要部分(41)を含む繊維プリフォームであって、
前記主要部分(41)は、第1のリンクストリップ(44b)から延び、エアフォイル(21)の圧力側の壁(26)を実質的に形成するのに適している第1の主要縦方向部分(46)を含み、前記エアフォイルの前縁(28)又は後縁(29)を実質的に形成するのに適しているUターン湾曲部分(45)を含み、前記第1の主要縦方向部分(46)に対面しており且つ前記エアフォイル(21)の吸引側の壁(27)を実質的に形成するのに適しており且つ第2のリンクストリップ(44q)で終端する第2の主要縦方向部分(47)を含み、
前記第1のリンクストリップ(44p)と前記第2のリンクストリップ(44q)が互いに対して固定されており、前記主要繊維構造のリンク部分(44)を形成し、
前記第1の主要縦方向部分(46)及び前記第2の主要縦方向部分(47)は、前記エアフォイルの中に空洞(30)を形成するのに適している、前記第1の主要縦方向部分(46)と前記第2の主要縦方向部分(47)の相互間の間隙(50)を形成するように、互いに間隔を置いて配置されている、繊維プリフォーム。 - 前記第1のリンクストリップ(44p)と前記第2のリンクストリップ(44q)が、相互連結した形で一体に織られている請求項1に記載の繊維プリフォーム。
- 織りによって得られ且つ前記主要な繊維構造(41)の端縁に嵌合させられるように構成されている、第2の繊維構造(48i)をさらに含む請求項1又は2に記載の繊維プリフォーム。
- 前記第2の繊維構造(48i)の少なくとも1つは、前記主要部分(41)の一方の前記主要縦方向部分(46)の底部端縁又は頂部端縁から延びており且つプラットホーム(22)又は締結具フランジを形成するのに適している、少なくとも1つの半径方向部分(52)を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維プリフォーム。
- 前記繊維構造の少なくとも1つが、前記繊維構造が平坦である時に前記主要部分(141)の前記リンク部分(144)の少なくとも一部分から上流に位置している重複部分(152m)を含み、間隙(149)が前記重複部分(152m)と前記リンク部分(144)との間に残されている請求項4に記載の繊維プリフォーム。
- 前記主要部分(41)の前記リンク部分(44)は、その中間部に比べて、その基部及び/又はその頂部において、より小さい幅を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維プリフォーム。
- 特にタービン後置ベーンタイプの中空ベーンにおいて、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の繊維プリフォーム(40)から複合材料の単一部品として形成されており、且つ、前記繊維プリフォーム(40)は型の中で成形されてマトリックス内に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする中空ベーン。
- 前記繊維プリフォーム(40)は、セラミック酸化物、カーボン、又は、カーバイドのタイプであり、好ましくは、アルミナ、ムライト、シリカ、ジルコニア、炭化ケイ素、又は、これらの混合物の繊維で作られている請求項7に記載の中空ベーン。
- 前記マトリックスは、セラミック酸化物、セラミック炭化物、又は、セラミック窒化物のタイプであり、又は、エポキシタイプの有機物であり、好ましくは、アルミナ、ムライト、シリカ、ジルコニア、窒化又は炭化ケイ素、カーバイド、又は、これらの混合物で作られている請求項7又は8に記載の中空ベーン。
- 請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の中空ベーン(20)を含むことを特徴とするタービンエンジン。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の繊維プリフォーム(40)を織る段階を少なくとも含む、中空ベーンを製造する方法。
- 前記織り段階は、経糸の束と、前記経糸の間に緯糸を挿入するのに適している少なくとも1つのシャトルとを有する、3次元織機を使用して行われ、
前記シャトルは、リンク区域(44a)から出発し、第1の主要縦方向区域(46a)内を移動し、湾曲区域(45a)内でUターンし、前記第1の主要縦方向区域(46a)に面する第2の主要縦方向区域(47a)内を移動し、前記リンク区域(44a)に戻る形で、一連の往復移動(U)を行い、この方向において又はその反対方向において各々の往復移動(U)を行うことが可能であり、
前記1つ又は複数の緯糸は、前記リンク区域(44a)内と前記第1の主要縦方向区域(46a)及び前記第2の主要縦方向区域(47a)内と前記湾曲区域(45a)内において3次元織りを形成するように、経糸と協働する、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記繊維プリフォーム(40)を切断する段階と、
所望のブランク(60)の形状を有する型の中で前記繊維プリフォーム(40)を折り曲げて成形する段階と、
前記2つの主要縦方向部分(46、47)の間の前記間隙(50)の中にインサートを置く段階と、
前記ブランク(60)を得るために前記繊維プリフォーム(40)の周りに前記マトリックスを注入して固体化する段階と、
前記インサートを取り除く段階と、
最終部品(20)の前記前縁又は後縁(28、29)を得るために、前記繊維プリフォーム(40)の前記リンク部分(44)に相当する前記ブランク(60)の前記リンク部分(64)を機械加工する段階とを含む請求項11又は12に記載の方法。 - 前記繊維プリフォーム(40)の前記リンク部分(44)に相当する前記ブランク(60)の前記リンク部分を機械加工する段階は、実質的に、前記後縁(29)を得るために前記リンク部分(64)を先細にすることを含む請求項13に記載の方法。
