Description
糸の三次元織りによって単一部片の繊維ブランクを製作するステップであって、前記ブランクは、プロペラ羽根の前縁内の連続織りによって互いに連係される少なくとも2つの半体を備える少なくとも第1部位を備えるステップと、
多孔性剛性材料で製作された所定形状の形状化部品を形成するステップと、
翼形構造体のプリフォームを得るために、繊維ブランクの2つの半体の間に形状化部片を含むことによって繊維ブランクを形状化するステップと、
前記プリフォームによって構成され、マトリックスによって緻密化された繊維強化材を有する翼形構造体を得るために、プリフォームをマトリックスで緻密化するステップとを備える、方法も提供する。
Claims (14)
- 翼形構造体(20)を備える航空機のプロペラ羽根(10)であって、翼形構造体は、糸の三次元織りによって得られた、マトリックスによって緻密化された少なくとも1つの繊維強化材(100)と、多孔性剛性材料で製作された、所定形状の形状化部品(140)とを備え、
繊維強化材は、プロペラ羽根(10)の前縁(20a)内の連続織りによって相互に連係された少なくとも2つの半体(110、111)を備え、
2つの半体(110、111)は、前記形状化部品(140)のまわりにぴったりと嵌り、
繊維強化材の2つの半体(110、111)は、繊維強化材(100)の厚み方向に重なり合う糸層間の三次元織りによる連係を有さない非相互連係領域(104)によって部分的に分離されることを特徴とする、羽根(10)。 - 翼形構造体の内部に配置され、少なくとも部分的に形状化部品(140)によって取り囲まれた第1部位(151、152)と、前記構造体の外部に延在する第2部位(153、154)とを有する梁(150)をさらに備え、前記第2部位はその端部に羽根根元部(30)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の羽根。
- 梁(150)がマトリックスによって緻密化された繊維強化材によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の羽根。
- 梁の第1部位が、梁を翼形構造体(20)内に保持する保持要素(33)を形成する拡張部位(152)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の羽根。
- マトリックスによって緻密化された繊維強化材(312)によって形成された羽根根元部(90)をさらに備え、羽根根元部(90)の繊維強化材(312)は翼形構造体(80)の繊維強化材(310)と連続して織られることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の羽根。
- 繊維強化材(200)の2つの半体(210、211)が、それらの向き合った面上に少なくとも1つの補強部形成極厚部(203)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の羽根。
- 翼形構造体(20)が、炭素マトリックスによって緻密化された炭素繊維補強材を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の羽根。
- 航空機のプロペラ羽根(10)を製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
糸の三次元織りによって単一部片の繊維ブランク(100)を製作するステップであって、前記ブランクは、プロペラ羽根(10)の前縁(20a)内の連続織りによって互いに連係される少なくとも2つの半体(110、111)を備える少なくとも第1部位を備え、繊維ブランクの2つの半体が、三次元織り上げ中に非相互連係領域を形成することによって部分的に分離されるステップと、
多孔性剛性材料で製作された所定形状の形状化部品(140)を形成するステップと、
翼形構造体のプリフォームを得るために、繊維ブランク(100)の2つの半体(110、111)の間に形状化部片(140)を含むことによって繊維ブランク(100)を形状化するステップと、
前記プリフォームによって構成され、マトリックスによって緻密化された繊維強化材を有する翼形構造体(20)を得るために、プリフォームをマトリックスで緻密化するステップとを備える、方法。 - 繊維ブランクを三次元的に織ることによって、かつマトリックスによって緻密化された繊維強化材を有する複合材料の梁を得るために、前記ブランクをマトリックスで緻密化することによって梁(150)を製作するステップであって、前記梁は支柱(151)と羽根根元部(153)を備えるステップと、繊維ブランクの形状化中に、梁の支柱を繊維ブランク(100)の2つの半体(110、111)の間に配置するステップであって、前記支柱は少なくとも部分的に形状化部品(140)によって取り囲まれるステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 梁(150)の支柱(151)上に少なくとも1つの拡張部位(152)を形成するステップであって、前記拡張部位はブランクの糸の重量および/またはスレッドカウントを変化させることによって、あるいは三次元織り上げ中に挿入物を組み込むことによって製作されるステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 梁の繊維ブランク(170)が繊維ストリップ(160)の形態に織られ、前記ストリップは羽根根元部を形成するように挿入物(161)のまわりに折り畳まれ、繊維ストリップの互いに折り畳まれた2つの部位の間に多孔性剛性材料の芯部品(162)が挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 繊維ブランク(300)が、前記ブランクの第1部位と連続して織られた第2部位(312)をさらに含むことと、緻密化された後、前記第2部位は羽根根元部(90)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロペラ羽根(10)が取り付けられたターボプロップ。
- 請求項13に記載のターボプロップが少なくとも1つ取り付けられた航空機。
