Claims (10)
1. Наносимый распылением перевязочный материал для ожогов, содержащий пленкообразующий полимер и частицы оксида алюминия.
2. Перевязочный материал по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий растворитель.
3. Перевязочный материал по п. 2, дополнительно содержащий гепарансульфат.
4. Перевязочный материал по п. 1, в котором указанным пленкообразующим полимером является сополимер метилвинилового эфира и малеиновой кислоты, при этом частицы указанного оксида алюминия имеют диаметры от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 100 нанометров, и дополнительно содержатся изопропанол и вода.
5. Способ лечения ожога, предусматривающий применение теплопроводной композиции по отношению к ожогу, при этом указанная композиция содержит пленкообразующий полимер с частицами оксида алюминия.
6. Способ по п. 5, при котором композицию применяют посредством аэрозольного распылителя.
7. Композиция перевязочного материала для ожогов, содержащая от приблизительно 1% до приблизительно 20% сополимера метилвинилового эфира и малеиновой кислоты, от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 90% изопропанола, от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 40% воды и от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 30% микрочастиц оксида алюминия.
8. Перевязочный материал для ожогов по п. 7, содержащих приблизительно 2% сополимера метилвинилового эфира и малеиновой кислоты, приблизительно 50% изопропанола, приблизительно 28% воды и приблизительно 20% микрочастиц оксида алюминия.
9. Перевязочный материал для ожогов по п. 8, в котором указанные микрочастицы оксида алюминия имеют средний размер приблизительно 10 микрометров.
10. Способ заживления обожженной кожи, при этом способ предусматривает применение перевязочного материала по отношению к обожженной коже, при этом перевязочный материал получают по любому из пп. 1-9, и улучшение рассеивания тепла от обожженной кожи.
