Claims (56)
1. Композитный материал для обработки скважины, где композитный материал включает агент для модификации поверхности, который нанесен, по крайней мере, частично на твердую частицу в виде покрытия, и где агент для модификации поверхности содержит содержащий металл якорный фрагмент и гидрофобный хвост, где гидрофобный хвост представляет собой кремнийорганическое соединение, фторированный углеводород или оба компонента - кремнийорганическое соединение и фторированный углеводород, и кроме того, где содержащий металл якорный фрагмент в составе агента для модификации поверхности присоединен к твердой частице.
2. Композитный материал по п. 1, где гидрофобный материал представляет собой производное силана, полисилоксана или полисилазана.
3. Композитный материал по п. 1, где металл в составе содержащего металл якорного фрагмента означает металл группы 3, 4, 5 или 6.
4. Композитный материал по п. 3, где металл в составе содержащего металл якорного фрагмента выбирают из группы, включающей Ti, Zr, La, Hf, Ta, W или Nb.
5. Композитный материал по п. 1, где гидрофобным хвостом является производное кремнийорганического соединения формулы
R1 4-xSiAx или (R1 3Si)yB,
или органо(поли)силоксанов и органо(поли)силазанов формулы:
где R1 могут быть одинаковыми или различными и могут означать углеводородный радикал или замещенный углеводородный радикал, содержащий от 1 до 100 атомов углерода,
А означает водород, галоген, ОН, OR2 или
В означает NR3 3-y,
R2 означает углеводородный или замещенный углеводородный радикал, содержащий от 1 до 12 атомов углерода,
R3 означает водород или R1,
х равен 1, 2 или 3, и
y равен 1 или 2.
6. Композитный материал по п. 1, где фторированный углеводородный радикал характеризуется структурой
где Y означает F или CnF2n+1, m равен от 4 до 20 и т равен от 1 до 6, R2 означает алкил, содержащий от 1 до 4 атомов углерода, а p равен от 0 до 18.

12. Композитный материал по п. 11, где металлоорганическое соединение включает переходный металл, выбранный из группы, включающей титан, цирконий, лантан, гафний, тантал и вольфрам и их смеси.
13. Композитный материал по п. 1, где твердые частицы выбирают из группы, включающей керамику, песок, минералы, скорлупу орехов, гравий, полимерные частицы и их смеси.
14. Композитный материал по п. 13, где полимерные частицы представляют собой шарики или пеллеты из полистирола, нейлона, полистиролдивинилбензола, полиэтилентерефталата или их комбинаций.
15. Композитный материал по п. 13, где твердые частицы дополнительно содержат покрытие из смолы.
16. Твердые частицы расклинивающего агента или агента для контроля выноса песка, содержащие композитный материал по п. 1.
17. Композитный материал по п. 1, где твердые частицы включают эластомер.
18. Композитный материал по п. 17, где эластомер выбирают из группы, включающей природный каучук, сополимеры этилена, пропилена и диена (EPDM), нитрильные каучуки, карбоксилированные сополимеры акрилонитрила и бутадиена, смеси поливинилхлорид-нитрилбутадиена, хлорированный полиэтилен, хлорированный сульфонат полиэтилена, алифатические сложные полиэфиры с хлорированными боковыми цепями, полиакрилатные каучуки, терполимеры этилена и акрилата, сополимеры этилена и пропилена, и необязательно включающие один или более этилен-ненасыщенных мономеров, сополимеры этилена и винилацетата, фторуглеродистые полимеры и сополимеры, поливиниметиловый простой эфир, бутадиеновый каучук, полихлоропреновый каучук, полиизопреновый каучук, полинорборнены, полисульфидные каучуки, полиуретаны, силиконовые каучуки, винилсиликоновые каучуки, фторметилсиликоновый каучук, фторвинилсиликоновые каучуки, фенилметилсиликоновые каучуки, стиролбутадиеновые каучуки, сополимеры изобутилена и изопрена или бутилкаучуки, бромированные сополимеры изобутилена и изопрена и хлорированные сополимеры изобутилена и изопрена и их смеси.
19. Композитный материал по п. 18, где эластомером является природный каучук или полимер, по крайней мере, одного из мономеров, выбранных из группы, включающей винилиденфторид, гексафторпропилен, тетрафторэтилен, хлортрифторэтилен, перфтор(алкилвиниловый простой эфир).
20. Способ обработки скважины, проходящей через подземный пласт, включающий закачивание в скважину композитного материала по п. 1 или формирование композитного материала в скважине in situ.
21. Способ по п. 20, где, по крайней мере, одно из следующих условий имеет приоритетное значение:
(а) агент для модификации поверхности проявляет функцию пассивного противобактериального агента,
(б) агент для модификации поверхности проявляет функцию пассивного подавления или контроля солевых отложений на подземном пласте или внутри него,
(в) агент для модификации поверхности пассивно предотвращает или контролирует отложения органических частиц на подземном пласте или внутри него,
(г) агент для модификации поверхности в составе композитного материала контролирует вынос расклинивающего агента.
22. Способ по п. 20, где композитный материал закачивают в скважину в ходе операции по гидроразрыву, и кроме того где твердые частицы способны выдерживать нагрузки более приблизительно 1500 фунтов на кв.дюйм при температуре выше 150°F.

27. Способ обработки скважины, проходящей через подземный пласт, включающий закачивание в скважину композитного материала по п. 24 или формирование композитного материала in situ в скважине.
28. Способ по п. 27, где композитный материал закачивают в скважину или он формируется in situ в скважине в ходе операции по гидроразрыву или операции по контролю выноса песка.
29. Способ по п. 27, где пласт, через который проходит скважина, содержит множество продуктивных зон и где композитный материал изолирует предварительно определенную продуктивную зону от других зон в скважине.
30. Способ по п. 27, где композитный материал сводит к минимуму потери трубчатого давления на трение в скважине.
31. Способ по п. 27, где количество мелкозернистого материала и/или песка, которые мигрируют в ходе обработки скважины, снижается в присутствии агента для модификации поверхности, которым покрыты твердые частицы.
32. Способ по п. 27, где гидрофобный хвост в составе композитного материала расположен в отдалении от поверхности твердой частицы.
33. Способ по п. 27, где флюид, содержащий композитный материал, закачивают в скважину в ходе операции по гидроразрыву, и где твердыми частицами является расклинивающий агент и, кроме того, величина прочности на раздавливание расклинивающего агента при напряжении смыкания трещины на уровне 1500 фунтов на кв. дюйм AAPI 56 или API RP 60, превосходит величину прочности на раздавливание чистого расклинивающего агента, который в основном идентичен чистому расклинивающему агенту, не содержащему, по крайней мере, частичное покрытие из агента для модификации поверхности.
34. Способ по п. 27, дополнительно включающий добычу углеводородов из скважины и снижение потерь давления на трение в ходе добычи углеводородов.
