Claims (15)
1. Каталитическая композиция, содержащая покрытие из пористого оксида, содержащее цеолит, частицы подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла и металл платиновой группы на подложке из частиц оксида тугоплавкого металла, при этом более 90% частиц оксида тугоплавкого металла, поддерживающих PGM, имеют размер частиц более 1 мкм и d50 менее 40 мкм.
2. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что более 95% или более 98% частиц оксида тугоплавкого металла, поддерживающих PGM, имеют размер частиц более 1 мкм и d50 менее 40 мкм.
3. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что частицы подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла выбраны из оксида алюминия, оксида алюминия-кремния, диоксида титана, оксида алюминия-титана, диоксида кремния-титана, оксида церия, оксида алюминия-церия, оксида алюминия-церия-кремния, оксида алюминия-марганца и оксида алюминия-лантана.
4. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что частицы подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла выбраны из оксида алюминия и оксида алюминия-кремния.
5. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что температура начала сжигания СО каталитической композиции после выдерживания при 800°C по меньшей мере на 3°C меньше или по меньшей мере на 5°C меньше, чем температура начала сжигания каталитической композиции, содержащей частицы подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла и металл платиновой группы, нанесенный на частицы подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла, при этом менее 90% частиц подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла сравнительной каталитической композиции имеют размер частиц более 1 мкм.
6. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что температура начала сжигания СО каталитической композиции после выдерживания при 800°C по меньшей мере на 7°C меньше, чем температура начала сжигания сравнительной каталитической композиции, содержащей частицы подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла и металл платиновой группы, нанесенный на частицы подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла, при этом менее 90% частиц подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла сравнительной каталитической композиции имеют размер частиц более 1 мкм.
7. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что металл платиновой группы содержит платину, палладий или их смеси.
8. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит выбран из группы, состоящей из фожазита, шабазита, клиноптилолита, морденита, силикалита, цеолита X, цеолита Y, ультрастабильного цеолита Y, ZSM-5, ZSM-12, SSZ-13, SAPO-5, SAPO-37, оффретита, бета-цеолита и их комбинаций.
9. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит представляет собой бета-цеолит.
10. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит имеет мономодальное распределение частиц по размеру.
11. Каталитическое изделие для очистки выхлопного газа из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, содержащего углеводороды, монооксид углерода и оксиды азота, содержащее подложку-носитель, имеющий определенную длину, сторону входа и сторону выхода, материал катализатора окисления на носителе, который содержит катализатор окисления, содержащий слой покрытия из пористого оксида, который содержит каталитическую композицию по любому из пп. 1-10.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что в указанном каталитическом изделии использован один слой покрытия из пористого оксида.
13. Каталитическое изделие по п. 11 или 12, отличающееся тем, что двигатель внутреннего сгорания представляет собой двигатель внутреннего сгорания, работающий на обедненной смеси.
14. Способ очистки выхлопного газа из двигателя сгорания обедненной смеси, содержащего углеводороды, монооксид углерода и оксиды азота, включающий пропускание выхлопного газа над каталитическим изделием по любому из пп. 11-13.
15. Способ получения каталитического изделия, содержащего цеолит, частицы подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла и металл платиновой группы на подложке из оксида тугоплавкого металла, при этом более 90% частиц оксида тугоплавкого металла, поддерживающих PGM, имеют размер частиц более 1 мкм и d50 менее 40 мкм, включающий пропитывание частиц подложки из оксида тугоплавкого металла металлом платиновой группы, распылительную сушку частиц тугоплавкого металла, поддерживающих PGM для увеличения размера частиц, получение катализаторной суспензии из высушенных распылительной сушкой частиц оксида тугоплавкого металла, поддерживающих PGM, добавление в суспензию цеолита с получением покрытия из пористого оксида и нанесение указанного покрытия на субстрат.
